Claims (9)
- Procédé pour l'enroulement de bande à chaud (1), présentant- un mandrin (4) de bobineuse,- au moins un premier dispositif de pressage (7),- au moins un deuxième dispositif de pressage (8),où la bande à chaud (1) est pressée par le premier dispositif de pressage (7) et le deuxième dispositif de pressage (8) vers le mandrin (4) de la bobineuse, caractérisé
en ce que la bande à chaud (1) est repoussée ou retirée radialement du mandrin de la bobineuse entre le premier dispositif de pressage (7) et le deuxième dispositif de pressage (8) par une force agissant sur le côté interne (10) d'enroulement de la bande à chaud (1) et la bande à chaud (1) est ainsi soumise à un précintrage. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé

un dispositif de calcul avec un programme de calcul pour déterminer une valeur de consigne pour la régulation de la position ou de la force du dispositif de précintrage (6) pendant l'enroulement de la bobine en fonction de la grandeur des paramètres enregistrés. - Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de réglage est réalisé sous forme de dispositif de traction ou de pressage, pour positionner correctement un dispositif de précintrage (6) dans un plan perpendiculaire à la surface de la bande par rapport au mandrin de bobinage (4) et la bobine enroulée en fonction des paramètres enregistrés.
