Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Implantate für einen menschlichen oder tierischen Organismus umfassend eine Oberfläche mit verringerten thrombogenen Eigenschaften, Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Implantate sowie Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Implantate zur Verringerung der Dosis und/oder der Konzentration der Verabreichung einer systemischen Begleitmedikation mit ein oder mehreren blutgerinnungshemmenden Wirkstoffen vor, während und/oder nach Implantateinsetzung in einen menschlichen oder tierischen Organismus. The present invention relates to implants for a human or animal organism comprising a surface with reduced thrombogenic properties, methods for producing the implants according to the invention and use of the implants according to the invention for reducing the dose and / or the concentration of administration of a systemic concomitant medication with one or more anticoagulant agents before, during and / or after implant placement in a human or animal organism.
