Claims (8)
- Machine d'emballage pour emballer des produits dans des sacs, avec un couvercle (5) qui forme avec un fond de chambre (6) une chambre (4),
étant précisé qu'il est prévu dans le fond de chambre (6) un dispositif d'aspiration (100) qui est conçu pour faire le vide, et
que la chambre (4) est apte à être fermée de manière étanche au gaz,
caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un élément de fermeture (8, 8') du dispositif d'aspiration (100), qui est apte à être amené d'une première position soulevée à une seconde position abaissée, et
que l'élément de fermeture (8, 8') comporte une surface d'élément de fermeture (83, 83') qui forme dans sa position soulevée une partie du fond de chambre (6). - Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface d'élément de fermeture (83), dans sa position soulevée, se trouve dans le même plan que le fond de chambre (6) ou au-dessus de celui-ci.
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une surface d'élément de fermeture (83') de l'élément de fermeture (8') a une forme bombée et dépasse, dans sa position soulevée, du fond de chambre (6).
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une grille (15) est disposée sur le fond de chambre (6), au-dessus du dispositif d'aspiration (100).
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture (8, 8') est constitué par une soupape.
- Procédé pour emballer des produits dans des sacs, selon lequel un couvercle (5) forme avec un fond de chambre (6) une chambre (4), caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'aspiration (100) prévu dans le fond de chambre (6) peut fermer de manière étanche au gaz la chambre (4) à l'aide d'un élément de fermeture (8, 8'), dans une première position, étant précisé qu'une surface d'élément de fermeture (83, 83') de l'élément de fermeture (8, 8') forme une partie du fond de chambre (6) dans la première position, et peut faire le vide dans la chambre (4) dans une seconde position, et que l'élément de fermeture (8, 8') fonctionne sous la forme d'une soupape.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que du gaz peut être aspiré à partir de la chambre (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau d'aspiration (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur le fond de chambre (6) une grille (15), étant précisé que la grille (15) est conçue pour qu'il n'y ait pratiquement que du gaz qui puisse arriver dans le dispositif d'aspiration (100).
