Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de chauffage électrique à composante radiative et convective pour le chauffage des habitations comprenant une première paroi plane (1) qui comprend une feuille de verre ou de vitrocéramique (7), ladite première paroi plane (1) ayant une première et une deuxième face (3) et étant pourvue d'un élément chauffant par effet Joule (2) au niveau de ladite deuxième face (3), et une seconde paroi plane (4) disposée en regard et à distance de ladite deuxième face (3) de ladite première paroi (1) de manière à ménager un espace (5) dans lequel l'air chaud peut s'élever selon une direction verticale. Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'est disposée sur ladite deuxième face (3) de ladite première paroi (1) une pluralité de protubérances longitudinales (6) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction d'élévation de l'air chaud.
