Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de sécurité, destiné en particulier aux billets de banque, aux cartes de sécurité et aux objets similaires, qui comprend un substrat sur lequel est déposée au moins une couche opaque (2), des caractères et/ou des marques (3) étant définis dans des régions de ladite au moins une couche opaque (2), qui comprend, au moins au niveau des caractères et/ou des marques, un ou plusieurs éléments magnétiques (4, 6) qui sont visibles au moins dans une lumière transmise.

Claims (34)

  1. Elément de sécurité, en particulier pour des billets de banque, des cartes de sécurité et analogues, comprenant un substrat, sur lequel au moins une couche opaque est déposée, des caractères et/ou des marquages étant définis dans des régions de ladite au moins une couche opaque, comprenant en outre, au moins dans les régions dans lesquelles lesdits caractères et/ou marquages sont définis, un ou plusieurs éléments magnétiques visibles au moins dans la lumière transmise, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques sont des éléments analogues à des points, agencés séquentiellement le long d'un axe parallèle au côté de l'élément de sécurité.
  2. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une couche opaque est une couche métallisée.
  3. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits caractères et/ou marquages sont définis par des zones au moins partiellement démétallisées de ladite couche métallisée.
  4. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite couche métallisée est fournie par impression avec des encres métalliques, ou avec des encres ayant un effet métallique.
  5. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques peuvent être détectés dans la lumière transmise, par utilisation d'une lentille de grossissement.
  6. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques peuvent être détectés par des dispositifs pour la détection de propriétés magnétiques.
  7. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques sont fournis par des encres magnétiques.
  8. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques sont présents également dans des régions adjacentes auxdits caractères et/ou marquages, au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée.
  9. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques, agencés dans les zones au moins partiellement démétallisées, sont agencés côte à côte par rapport à des éléments magnétiques additionnels, agencés au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée.
  10. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques additionnels, agencés au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée, sont agencés sur les deux bords de l'élément de sécurité, de manière continue ou alternée.
  11. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques agencés dans lesdites zones au moins partiellement démétallisées ou dans les zones situées au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée présentent une coercivité et un magnétisme résiduel mutuellement identiques.
  12. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques agencés dans les zones au moins partiellement démétallisées ou dans les zones situées au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée présentent une coercivité mutuellement identique et un magnétisme résiduel mutuellement différent.
  13. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques agencés dans les zones au moins partiellement démétallisées ou dans des régions situées au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée présentent une coercivité mutuellement différente et un magnétisme résiduel mutuellement identique.
  14. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques présents dans lesdites zones au moins partiellement démétallisées présentent une aire plus petite que celle des éléments magnétiques agencés au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée, extérieure auxdites zones au moins partiellement démétallisées.
  15. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques agencés dans lesdites zones au moins partiellement démétallisées ont une intensité colorimétrique inférieure à celle des éléments magnétiques agencés dans les zones situées au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée.
  16. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en plus de la présence desdits éléments magnétiques dans lesdites zones au moins partiellement démétallisées et au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée, des régions magnétiques continues, agencées de manière adjacente à des régions magnétique analogues à des points.
  17. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques génèrent un code magnétique, qui est un résultat des longueurs des zones magnétiques et des interspaces adjacents.
  18. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties métalliques et non métalliques dudit élément de sécurité sont holographiques.
  19. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une couche métallisée est prévue de manière à obtenir un effet de décalage des couleurs, lorsque ladite couche est observée sous différents angles.
  20. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que ladite couche métallisée est fournie au moyen de deux métaux différents.
  21. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est couvert d'encre ou de pigment ayant des caractéristiques fluorescentes.
  22. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une couche métallisée a des caractéristiques dichroïques.
  23. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques présents dans lesdites zones au moins partiellement démétallisées ont une épaisseur inférieure à celle desdits éléments magnétiques présents au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée.
  24. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites zones, définissant lesdits caractères et/ou marquages, sont totalement démétalllisées.
  25. Elément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que c'est un fil de sécurité, adapté pour être inséré au moins partiellement dans du papier pour billets de banque.
  26. Document de sécurité, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un élément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 25.
  27. Procédé de fourniture d'un élément de sécurité selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 25, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    fournir un premier film en plastique, sur laquelle au moins une couche opaque est agencée, des éléments imprimés étant définis sur ladite couche opaque ;
    coupler, de manière repérée, ledit premier film en plastique avec un deuxième film muni d'éléments magnétiques, de manière que lesdits éléments magnétiques soient en résultat agencés dans les régions dans lesquelles les éléments imprimés sont définis, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments magnétiques sont des éléments analogues à des points, agencés séquentiellement le long d'un axe parallèle au côté de l'élément de sécurité.
  28. Procédé selon la revendication 27, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une couche opaque est fournie par métallisation dudit film en plastique.
  29. Procédé selon la revendication 27, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments imprimés sont fournis par démétallisation au moins partielle de ladite couche de métallisation.
  30. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 27 à 29, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments imprimés sont fournis par démétallisation totale de ladite couche de métallisation et remétallisation partielle subséquente.
  31. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 27 à 30, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments imprimés sont fournis par un processus par microimpression.
  32. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 27 à 31, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments imprimés sont fournis au moyen d'une quantité de métal, adaptée pour permettre leur observation à la lumière transmise et suffisante pour permettre leur détection dans un laboratoire, au moyen de dispositifs pour détecter la présence de métaux.
  33. Système de lecture d'un élément de sécurité fourni selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 25, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens adaptés pour identifier la présence d'encres magnétiques avec une coercivité différente des éléments magnétiques agencés au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite couche métallisée, lorsque lesdits éléments magnétiques sont déposés sur les bords dudit élément de sécurité, par utilisation du magnétisme résiduel différent obtenu par rotation de l'orientation magnétique des éléments magnétiques imprimés avec une coercivité inférieure à des éléments magnétiques à plus haute coercivité.
  34. Système de lecture d'un élément de sécurité selon la revendication 33, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens, adaptés pour identifier la position d'éléments magnétiques agencés au-dessus ou au-dessous de ladite au moins une couche métallisée, lorsque lesdits éléments magnétiques sont déposés sur les bords dudit élément de sécurité.
