- Holding apparatus for a securing module, particularly for safety walls, safety nets, or similar securing means to prevent falls in scaffolding construction, having a clamping unit (K), which, in the position of use, supports at least one securing part (2) in the region of a load-carrying part (3), and has clamping jaws or similar individual parts that act in the manner of a clamp, in such a manner that the holding apparatus (1) as a whole can be fixed in place on a building part or similar holding fixture (T), in a clamping position, characterized in that the clamping unit (K, K') has clamping parts that are configured as profile sleeves (4, 5, 4', 5'), in each instance, with holding shanks (9, 10), and are held on a guide rod (6) in the region of a holding fixture contour (14) that is complementary to the circumference contour (14') of the rod, in torque-proof manner, and can be moved by pushing them, which parts can be fixed in place on the holding fixture (T), in variably predetermined clamping positions (A), by means of a bracing profile part (7) that is displaceable on the guide rod (6), on the one hand, and a counter-element (8) that is held, on the other hand.

- Holding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the load-carrying part (3) is configured as a load-carrying sleeve (11) having at least one holding projection (12) for the securing part (2), which sleeve can be set onto the guide rod (6).
- Holding apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the load-carrying sleeve (11) forms the clamping unit (K) with only one of the profile sleeves (4, 4', 5).
- Holding apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the clamping position of the two profile sleeves (4, 5) or the clamping position of one of the profile sleeves (4, 5) with the load-carrying sleeve (11) can be achieved by the bracing profile part (7) that is displaceable on the guide rod (6) by means of a bracing screw (13).
- Holding apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the load-carrying sleeve (11) that holds the securing part (2) can be displaced on the guide rod (6), which is configured as a basic load carrier, in extensively any desired position, in infinitely adjustable manner.

- Holding apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the load-carrying sleeve (11) has a holding fixture part (25) that matches the guide rod (6), and that this part is connected with a support part (26) that encloses the securing part (2).
- Holding apparatus according to claim 15, characterized in that the support part (26) is configured as a multi-part insertion module.
- Holding apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the load-carrying part (3) provided in the region of the clamping unit (K) is configured as a load-carrying sleeve (11) that can be fixed in place on a guide rod (6) and has at least one holding attachment (12) for the securing part (2), wherein the load-carrying sleeve (11) has insertion openings (30) for connection means (31, 31') in the connection region to the guide rod (6), which openings predetermine variable support positions (W, W', W").
- Holding apparatus according to claim 17, characterized in that the load-carrying sleeve (11) has two opposite holding shanks (32, 33) that can be laid against the guide rod (6), in the connection region to the rod, in which shanks the insertion openings (30) are provided, in such a manner that these insertion openings (30) can be positioned, in pairs, coaxial to holding openings (19) of the guide rod (6).
- Holding apparatus according to claim 17 or 18, characterized in that the load-carrying sleeve (11) has a support crosspiece (34) in the region between the two holding shanks (32, 33).
