Claims (13)
- Procédé pour établir un état ( S1, S2, S3 ) d'un produit ( G, GX ) à laminer, notamment d'un feuillard de préparation, qui est défini au moins par une cunéiformité et/ou une incurvation du produit ( G, GX ) à laminer, le produit ( G, GX ) à laminer étant transformé d'un état ( S ) initial à un état ( S2 ) intermédiaire par laminage au moyen d'une cage ( 1 ) de laminoir notamment d'une cage ébaucheuse, et par application d'une contrainte ( σ ) au produit ( G, GX ) à laminer à l'aide de moyens ( 7, 8 ) de travail supplémentaires et le produit ( G ) à laminer étant transformé de son état ( S2 ) intermédiaire à un état ( S3 ) final à l'aide d'au moins un groupe ( A1, A2, A3, ...., AN ) de travail, caractérisé en ce que l'on détermine s'il est envoyé au au moins un groupe ( A1, A2, A3, ...., AN ) de travail un produit ( G, GX ) à laminer, dont l'état intermédiaire exige une cunéiformité et/ou une incurvation différente de zéro, pour atteindre un état ( S3' ) final prescrit et, en fonction de cela, on commande et/ou on règle la cage ( 1 ) de laminoir et/ou les moyens ( 7, 8 ) de travail pour établir l'état ( S2 ) intermédiaire respectivement.

caractérisé en ce que le produit à laminer a un côté avant désigné par tête du produit à laminer et dirigé en règle générale transversalement à une direction de transport prévue, une position de la tête du produit à laminer étant détectée et la force ( F ) appliquée au produit ( G, GX ) à laminer étant réglée et/ou commandée au moyen de la position de la tête du produit à laminer, qui a été détectée. - Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 4 à 6,
