Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour réaliser des rainures longitudinales dans des pièces cylindriques (11), composé d'une partie d'outil supérieure avec un poinçon supérieur (9) à l'extrémité inférieure duquel est disposé un outil à rouler (7) qui porte, lors de l'utilisation, la pièce à déformer, étant précisé qu'il est prévu en face, dans le carter (25), un certain nombre de plaques profilées (4) réparties sur la circonférence de l'outil de roulage (7), qui sont conçues de telle sorte que lors de l'utilisation, elles décrivent radialement vers l'intérieur un mouvement de roulement sur la pièce (11) à déformer, et que leur guide de mouvement est monté en rotation dans des coussinets de palier (3) solidaires du carter, caractérisé en ce que chaque plaque profilée (4) est entraînée, mobile, par au moins deux bielles (1, 2) espacées l'une de l'autre, une extrémité de chaque bielle (1, 2) étant fixée dans un logement de la plaque profilée (4) tandis que l'autre extrémité de chaque bielle (1, 2) est montée en rotation dans un coussinet de palier (3) solidaire du carter, par l'intermédiaire d'un axe de palier (16).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux axes de palier (16), espacés l'un de l'autre, des deux bielles (1, 2) définissent un double montage sur palier de la plaque profilée (4).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que plus de deux bielles (1, 2) sont prévues pour guider le mouvement de chaque plaque profilée (4).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la longueur efficace des bielles (1, 2) est réglable.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de palier (16) est conçu pour être réglable dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal de la bielle (1, 2).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, à l'opposé du poinçon supérieur (9) et de la pièce (11) à déformer, dans le sens axial, un dispositif de soulèvement de pièce (6) qui est logé, mobile, dans le logement de réception du carter de machine (25) et qui porte à son extrémité inférieure un axe intermédiaire (10).
  7. Procédé pour réaliser des rainures longitudinales dans des pièces cylindriques dans un dispositif composé d'une partie d'outil supérieure avec un poinçon supérieur (9) à l'extrémité inférieure duquel est disposé un outil à rouler (7) qui porte la pièce à déformer, étant précisé qu'il est prévu en face, dans le carter (25), un certain nombre de plaques profilées (4) réparties sur la circonférence de l'outil de roulage (7), qui sont conçues de telle sorte que lors de l'utilisation, elles décrivent radialement vers l'intérieur un mouvement de roulement sur la pièce (11) à déformer, et que leur guide de mouvement est monté en rotation dans des coussinets de palier (3) solidaires du carter, caractérisé en ce que les plaques profilées (4) décrivent sur la circonférence extérieure de la pièce (11) à déformer un mouvement différent d'une trajectoire circulaire.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lors du désengagement ou de l'éloignement de la plaque profilée (4) par rapport à la pièce, un mouvement de soulèvement plus rapide qu'un mouvement de soulèvement circulaire a lieu, sans que la pièce risque de rester bloquée sur la plaque profilée (4).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'entrée de la plaque profilée (4) dans la pièce, un mouvement d'enfoncement plus souple qu'un mouvement d'enfoncement circulaire a lieu.
