Claims (6)
- Dispositif (10) pour la projection d'un liquide de décapage et/ou de rinçage (11) sur un produit de traitement métallique (12), en particulier une bande d'acier ou une bande métallique, comprenant un tube éjecteur (15) dans la paroi duquel sont intégrées des buses de pulvérisation (14), dans lequel le tube éjecteur présente une extrémité fermée et une extrémité ouverte, la dernière citée étant destinée à acheminer le liquide de décapage et/ou de rinçage (11) dans le tube éjecteur (15), caractérisé par un tube d'amenée (17) qui est disposé dans la zone des buses de pulvérisation à l'intérieur du tube éjecteur, de telle sorte qu'une des deux extrémités ouvertes du tube d'amenée est située à l'opposé de l'extrémité fermée du tube éjecteur et à l'écart de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface en section transversale du tube éjecteur externe (16) représente entre 2,5 et 3,5 fois la surface en section transversale du tube d'amenée interne (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la longueur du tube d'amenée interne (17) se termine au moins avant la dernière buse de pulvérisation (14) du tube éjecteur externe (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'amenée interne est disposé en position coaxiale par rapport au tube éjecteur, à l'intérieur de ce dernier.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'amenée, à l'intérieur du tube éjecteur, est supporté uniquement de manière ponctuelle, par exemple via des entretoises radiales individuelles, contre le tube éjecteur, si bien que le liquide de décapage et/ou de rinçage peut se répartir et peut se répandre dans tout l'espace intermédiaire s'étendant entre le côté externe du tube d'amenée et le côté interne du tube éjecteur.
- Procédé pour la mise en service d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le liquide de décapage et/ou de rinçage est introduit sous pression dans l'extrémité ouverte du tube éjecteur et de manière simultanée dans ladite première extrémité ouverte du tube d'amenée interne, qui se détourne de l'extrémité fermée du tube éjecteur ; en ce que la fraction du liquide de décapage et/ou de rinçage qui est introduite dans le tube d'amenée interne s'écoule à travers le tube d'amenée pratiquement sans perte de pression, pour ensuite ressortir par l'autre extrémité ouverte du tube d'amenée, heurter l'extrémité fermée espacée du tube éjecteur et pour entraîner par tourbillonnement dans la zone s'étendant entre l'extrémité fermée du tube éjecteur et l'autre extrémité ouverte orientée du tube d'amenée et éventuellement également dans un espace intermédiaire s'étendant entre le tube d'amenée interne et le tube éjecteur ; et en ce que le liquide de décapage et/ou de rinçage mis sous pression est pulvérisé dans l'espace intermédiaire via les buses de pulvérisation vers l'extérieur du tube éjecteur sur le produit de traitement.
