Description

The invention relates to a bag stack of a plurality of interconnected bags made of a plastic film, in particular machine bags, each bag is formed of a front wall and a rear wall and the rear wall is formed in the region of an opening longer than the front wall and the bag stack on the rear wall and is welded to the front wall longer end. The invention further relates to a device in a bag making machine for separating bag stacks, in which the separating knife is movable relative to the bag stack.

It is now commonplace for consumers to be provided with bags in, for example, shopping markets to package fresh food. Here, the bags are provided as a stack of bags, wherein the bags are welded or blocked to a bag stack.

Such a bag stack is for example in the DE 199 35 064 A1 described. Described is a stack of a plurality of interconnected bags made of plastic film, which have in a one-sided flap by perforation lines limited Eckenperforationsabschnitte with each arranged in their area Verblockungsstelle. This gives the possibility to solve the individual bags from the Verblockungsstellen at the perforation. The disadvantage here is that a so-called Restbutzen, namely the area in which the bag stack has been blocked remains as residual waste.

Another way to form bag stack is in the utility model DE 74, 29 628 U described. Described is a stack of bags made of thermoplastic material, which has in one or in both located at the opening side of the bag corner regions of the stack one or more all bag-detecting welding and a hanging hole. In one embodiment of the utility model, a bag stack is described which only a small or may not have residual scraps in that the bag stack is welded to the right angle abutting side edges.

The object of the invention is to provide a bag stack which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and which provides a bag stack which is stable to handle, easy to manufacture and structurally simple. In addition, it is an object of the invention to provide a device in a bag making machine, by means of which an inventive bag stack can be produced.

The object according to the invention is achieved in relation to the product bag stack in such a way that the bag stack has at least three welds distributed over its width at one end of the rear wall of the bag stack, so that a stable bag stack edge is formed. The inventive design of the bag stack is now given the opportunity to easily handle the bag stack, as stabilized by the Mehrfachverschweißung of the edge of the bag stack, the edge so that the edge is easy to grasp and also positionally positioned. It is particularly advantageous here to attach the welds at regular intervals between the welds on the edge of the bag stack. The attachment of the welds at a distance from the longitudinal sides of the bag at the bag stack edge and an example central weld allows a precise alignment of the bag stack, since this has a rectangular contour in the corner areas, since the corners of the bag stack are not deformed by a weld. In its simplest embodiment, the bag stack according to the invention thus has a longer rear wall with respect to a front wall and has a filling opening, which is also referred to as a flap, while the bag stack is provided with two spaced apart from the lateral edge of the bag stack edge welds and a centrally disposed weld. Moreover, it is of course also conceivable to provide the bags of the bag stack with hanging holes and / or predetermined breaking points, such as perforations as known from the prior art, and / or bottom folds and / or gussets and / or flaps.

The object of the invention is furthermore to provide a bag making machine with a device in which a bag stack according to the invention can be produced easily and inexpensively with the least amount of constructive effort. In addition, the device should be easy to integrate into existing bag making machines. Such bag making machines, with at least one cutting knife for Disconnecting double bag stacks are provided, are well known, with only an example of the DE 199 17 284 is referenced.

The object with respect to the device in a bag making machine for separating double bag stacks is achieved according to the invention by fastening strips spaced from each other from a material having a high thermal conductivity and having the separating knife and / or each strip heated. By attaching strips of high thermal conductivity to the separating knife according to the invention, it is now possible to weld together bag stacks directly in the separation of double stacks. Since the present separating blades can be used for this purpose, since they are only slightly modified, the device can be produced with minimal constructive effort and at low cost. Preferably, copper is used as the material for the strips, since copper has a very high thermal conductivity.

In a preferred embodiment, the strips are pointed in the direction of the cutting edge of the cutting blade. Spitz here means that the strips are fixed with a rectangular cross-sectional shape parallel to the cutting blade on the cutting blade and that the rectangular cross-sectional shape terminates pointedly in the direction of the cutting edge of the cutting blade. Preferably, an angle of 30 ° is desired. It is also possible to make the upper end of the strip trapezoidal, so that wider welds can be achieved. In a further advantageous embodiment, the tapered strip is chamfered, that is, the thickness of the rectangular strip tapers in the direction of the cutting edge of the cutting blade, preferably at an angle of about 10 °. Moreover, it is advantageous to fasten the strips at a distance of about 100 mm and even more advantageously at a distance of 95 mm from each other on the separating knife. The distance here refers to the tips of the strips. Alternatively, the strips can be fastened on the separating knife at intervals of 20 mm to 200 mm.

The FIG. 1 shows a double bag stack 1 consisting of a first bag stack 2 and a second bag stack 3. The bag stack 2, 3 consisting of a plurality of stacked, formed from a plastic film bags. Only the upper film section forming bag 4, 5 is shown for clarity from the bag stack 2, 3. In this embodiment, the bags 4, 5 are provided with a bottom fold 6, 7. In addition, suspension holes are inserted into the bag stacks 2, 3. The bags 4, 5 of the bag stacks 2, 3 consist of a front wall 10, 11 and a rear wall 12, 13. The rear walls 12, 13 are made longer with respect to the front walls 10, 11. The bags 4, 5 are formed from a folded film section, so that the rear walls 12, 13 are formed from a film layer. The film layers formed from the rear walls 12, 13 of the bags 4, 5 are separated by means of a separating knife 14 in the region of the parting line 15, so that two separate bag stacks 2, 3 form. By separating the double bag stack 1 with a separating knife 14 according to the invention, the welds 16 at the end 17, 18 of the bag stack 2, 3 are formed. By separating the double bag stack 1 and forming the welds 16, which takes place uniformly across the width B of the bag stacks 2, 3, stable ends 17, 18 of the bag stacks 2, 3 are formed. Such reinforced bag stacks 2, 3 can be handled and positioned very easily.

Between the front wall 10, 11 and the rear wall 12, 13, a filling opening is formed in this embodiment. The bags 4, 5 are closed at their longitudinal sides 21, 22, wherein they are welded in the region of the front wall 10, 11 and the rear wall 12, 13. That in the FIG. 1 illustrated embodiment is provided with bottom folds 6, 7 and suspension holes 8, 9. However, this is merely exemplary, since predetermined breaking points, gussets and / or flaps can be introduced.

In the FIG. 2 is a separating knife 14 of a device for separating double stacking bags, which is integrable in a bag stack making machine, shown in side view. Above the separating knife 14, an already separate bag stack 2, 3 with the plan view of the end 17, 18 of the rear wall 12, 13 with the welds 16 is shown. There are seven strips 23 on the cutting knife attached, which are positioned at regular intervals A to each other. For the sake of clarity, only a strip 23 and a distance A has been provided with reference numerals. In the lower part of the FIG. 2 is a plan view in the direction of arrow P on the cutting blade 14 is shown. On both sides of the separating knife 14 strips 23, 24 are attached. A mounting flange 25 arranged below the separating knife simultaneously carries a heating device, not shown, by means of which the separating knife 14 and / or the strips 23, 24 can be heated. If only the mounting flange 25 is heated, on the one hand the separating blade 14 heats up, whereby the strips 23, 24 heat up to a greater extent, since they are made of a material with a higher thermal conductivity. This temperature difference between the separating knife 14 and the strips 23, 24 is sufficient to weld the bag stack 2, 3 in the regions 16 and on the other hand to separate the double bag stack 1.

In the FIG. 3 on the one hand to recognize the section along the line III-III and on the other hand, a plan view of a strip 23, 24 and two different side views. As can be seen from the section III-III, the strips 23, 24 are mounted flat on the cutting blade 14 and have a slope which substantially coincides with the slope of the cutting blade 14. The FIG. 3 further shows the top view of a strip 23, 24, wherein the attached to the strip 23, 24 tip Z is clearly visible and is exemplified with 30 °. The two side views on the strips 23, 24 show the different design of the bevels S with 10 ° and 15 °. It should be noted here that the distance A between the strips is on average about 100 mm. Preferably, a distance A of 95 mm is set.
