Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention

The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning device according to claim 1 with a device housing and with a chassis. It should be understood by a high-pressure cleaning device, in particular an electrically operated, portable, portable by an operator working device, which by means of water pressure, in particular from 15 bar and, where appropriate, using additional cleaning agents, is used to remove soiling. The high-pressure cleaner weighs less than 10 kg and more preferably less than 5 kg and can be worn by an operator during a cleaning process with one hand.

Furthermore, a "high-pressure hose" in this context should be understood in particular to mean a hose which is designed for at least 10 bar pressure and particularly advantageously at least 15 bar and particularly preferably at least 60 bar pressure, and which is provided in particular at a device output side arranged the high-pressure cleaner are and is thus designed in particular to a affordable by the high-pressure cleaner pressure.

The chassis has at least three and more preferably at least four rolling elements, which are intended to aufzuspannen a device support surface. By a corresponding embodiment, a particularly advantageous stability and advantageous handling can be achieved, in particular if the chassis has at least one rolling element which is pivotally mounted about a steering pivot axis and in particular if at least one axis is provided with steerable wheels. A "pivot axis" is to be understood in particular a pivot axis about which the rolling elements can pivot in order to follow next to its rolling motion of a curved path can. In this case, the steering pivot axis preferably has an angle between 80 ° and 100 ° and preferably of approximately 90 ° to a rolling axis and to a device supporting surface. A "rolling element" is conceivable of various bodies which appear appropriate to a person skilled in the art, such as, for example, balls, rollers and / or particularly advantageously wheels which, in contrast to rollers, have a width which is smaller than their diameter.

It is also proposed that the chassis has at least one rolling body, which protrudes laterally over a device bottom contour of the device housing and in particular on the device housing, in particular a projection thereof on a flat surface, whereby the stability can be further improved.

Furthermore, the chassis is formed by a pedestal. In this case, a "subset" should be understood in particular a unit which is at least partially disposed below the device housing and in particular a at least partially decoupled from the device housing support structure for receiving bearing forces, in particular a frame having. By an appropriate design, a particularly flexible design can be achieved.

In order to use the high-pressure cleaning device advantageously as a portable device, the pedestal is formed by a detachable from the device housing unit, by a holding and unlocking unit is provided which serves to releasably connect the pedestal and the device housing. If necessary, the device housing can then be separated from the base of an operator and thus a handle of the high-pressure cleaning device can be used advantageously.

In order to achieve a secure reception, the pedestal preferably has a receiving area for the device housing. In this case, a "receiving area" in this sense is to be understood in particular a recess into which the device housing can be used. Preferably, the pedestal on side cheeks and / or on its front side a cheek to form the receiving area, whereby this can be designed structurally simple advantageous.

In a structurally simple manner, the base can be produced in particular if it is at least partially manufactured in a shell construction, i. is formed at least from two composite shell parts, whereby in particular the receiving area can be made simple and particularly advantageous.

The high-pressure cleaner is also advantageously equipped with a spiral hose. In this case, the spiral hose is particularly preferably designed in such a way that in standing on a floor high-pressure cleaner with mounted spiral hose, this with its end facing away from the device, starting from an unloaded position, vertically upwards along an axis perpendicular to the ground on a Distance from at least 2.5 m to the ground can be performed before a resultant within the spiral hose clamping force exceeds a weight of the high-pressure cleaner.

Further, a system with a high-pressure cleaner and a spiral hose is advantageously designed in such a way that when standing on a floor high-pressure cleaner with mounted spiral hose, this with its end remote from the high-pressure cleaning device, starting from an unloaded position, can be guided vertically upwards to a distance of at least 2.5 m to the ground, before a resultant within the spiral hose clamping force exceeds a weight of the high-pressure cleaner, so that in particular advantageously avoided may cause the high pressure washer to be lifted off the ground undesirably when working overhead.

If the device housing 10 is removed from the receiving area 28 of the pedestal, this can advantageously be transported by means of a strap handle 58 arranged on an upper side of the device housing 10 ( FIG. 3 ).

At the top of the device housing 10, a connection 60 is further provided for a high-pressure hose device ( FIG. 4 . 5 , 8th). The high-pressure hose device comprises a spiral hose 36 designed as a high-pressure hose, which is designed like a helical compression spring and is provided for elastic deformation. In the unloaded state spiral spirals of the spiral tube 36 are almost directly adjacent to each other and the spiral turns are arranged substantially coaxially about an axis 62 oriented substantially perpendicular to the device support surface 22 axis ( FIG. 4 ). In the loaded state, a distance between the spiral turns with respect to the unloaded state can increase by a multiple, so that a distance between a high pressure gun 64 arranged at an end of the spiral hose 36 facing away from the connection 60 can be increased by a multiple. FIG. 5 ). As the length increases, an operator must apply an equivalent force, which is dependent upon the stiffness of the spiral tube 36. The spiral tube 36 is permanently brought into its shape during its production under the action of heat, so that in a later operational use of this principle by internal clamping force always after cancellation of a force back into his in FIG. 4 resets the displayed basic position. Advantageously, a holding device 66 for the high-pressure gun 64 is arranged on a side wall of the device housing 10, as shown in FIG FIG. 4 is indicated, into which the high-pressure gun 64 can be inserted and secured with its jet pipe 68, so that the High-pressure gun 64 and the spiral tube 36 may remain in a secure position during transport on the device housing 10 and removal of the spiral tube 36 and the high-pressure gun 64 can be avoided. In principle, it is also conceivable that a holding and / or storage device is provided specifically for the spiral hose 36 on the device housing 10, in particular on its upper side.

With a suitable material composition, a particularly favorable resilience is achieved in spiral form, i. that as a guideline with 5 m effective hose length 2.5 m working length can be achieved without causing the resilience of the spiral hose 36 is permanently damaged.

The system with the high-pressure cleaner and the spiral hose 36 is designed in such a way that in the standing on a floor high-pressure cleaner with mounted spiral hose 36, this with its high pressure cleaning device remote end, starting from an unloaded position, vertically upwards along the axis 62 a distance of at least 2.5 m to the ground can be performed before a resultant within the spiral tube 36 clamping force exceeds a weight of the high-pressure cleaner, so that in particular can be advantageously avoided that when working overhead the high-pressure cleaner is lifted undesirable from the ground ,
