Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour travailler une pièce métallique en forme de bande ou de plaque, comprenant :
    1.1 au moins un dispositif transporteur circulant (2),
    1.2 une courroie (8) constituant une partie du dispositif transporteur (2),
    1.3 une pluralité d'éléments travaillants (3) qui sont disposés en série les uns à la suite des autres sur la courroie (8), les éléments travaillants (3) étant pourvus de soies de brosse (9) et comportant une rainure (10) à une extrémité et une languette (11) à l'autre extrémité, au moyen desquelles les éléments travaillants (3) peuvent être reliés les uns aux autres, et dans lequel
    1.4 le dispositif transporteur (2) fait circuler les éléments travaillants (3) dans la région de la pièce à travailler (1), obliquement ou transversalement à la direction d'avance de la pièce (1), selon un mouvement au moins approximativement linéaire,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments travaillants (3), vus dans la direction de la circulation, comportent des saillies latérales (12).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la courroie est constituée par une courroie trapézoïdale (8).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la courroie est constituée par une courroie trapézoïdale triple (8).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments travaillants (3) sont vissés sur la courroie (8).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments travaillants (3) comportent deux saillies (12) sur chaque côté.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les soies de brosse (9) sont inclinées jusqu'à 45°, de préférence jusqu'à 15°, dans le sens de la circulation de la courroie (8), de manière que les pointes des soies de brosse (9) se trouvent en avant de l'autre extrémité de ces soies (9), vues dans le sens de la circulation.
  7. Elément travaillant (3) pourvu d'une pluralité de soies de brosse (9) pour un dispositif destiné à travailler une pièce métallique en forme de bande ou de plaque et comportant au moins un dispositif transporteur circulant (2) pourvu d'une courroie (8), dans lequel la courroie (8) peut être garnie des éléments travaillants (3) et dans lequel chaque élément travaillant (3) comporte une rainure (10) à une extrémité et une languette (11) à l'autre extrémité, au moyen desquelles les éléments travaillants (3) peuvent être reliés les uns aux autres de façon bloquée en rotation,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments travaillants (3), vus dans le sens de la circulation de la courroie (8), comportent des saillies latérales (12) pour prendre appui sur la courroie (8).
  8. Elément travaillant selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément travaillant (3) comporte sur son côté inférieur une ouverture prévue pour le vissage sur la courroie (8).
  9. Elément travaillant selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les soies de brosse (9) sont inclinées jusqu'à 45°, de préférence jusqu'à 15° dans le sens de la circulation de la courroie (8).
  10. Courroie trapézoïdale comportant une série d'éléments travaillants (3) selon la revendication 7, 8 ou 9.
  11. Courroie trapézoïdale selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins un élément travaillant (3) comporte une languette allongée (11a).
