Claims (6)

  1. Ensemble de coupe comportant au moins une plaque perforée ou plaque de séparation (7), comportant des conduits de passage, et comportant au moins un couteau à découper (3, 4) associé à la plaque perforée ou plaque de séparation, ledit couteau (3, 4) étant relié de manière solidaire en rotation à un arbre (2) rotatif,
    caractérisé en ce que la plaque perforée ou plaque de séparation (7) comporte des conduits de passage (8) répartis en son centre et sur toute sa surface, et en ce que la distance entre des conduits de passage (8) adjacents est identique dans chaque cas ou la distance entre des conduits de passage (8) adjacents est plus faible au centre de la plaque perforée ou plaque de séparation (7) que dans des zones extérieures de la plaque perforée ou plaque de séparation (7).
  2. Ensemble de coupe selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la plaque perforée ou plaque de séparation (7) possède des dispositifs pour la fixer dans un boîtier (1).
  3. Ensemble de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par au moins un couteau à découper (4) associé à la plaque perforée ou plaque de séparation (7) et relié de manière solidaire en rotation à un arbre rotatif, ledit couteau à découper (4) comprenant au moins une lame (9), dont des tronçons s'étendent jusqu'à l'axe de rotation de l'arbre (2).
  4. Ensemble de coupe selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le couteau à découper (4) comporte au moins une lame (9) passant par l'axe de rotation de l'arbre (2).
  5. Ensemble de coupe selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la lame. (9) possède une hauteur d'environ 10 mm à environ 30 mm.
  6. Ensemble de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le couteau à découper (14) comporte une forure (12) formant un trou borgne de réception de l'arbre (2).
