Claims (14)

  1. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer, destinée à la fabrication de fils frisés avec un dispositif de filage (1) et une pluralité de modules de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) associés au dispositif de filage (1), chacun des modules de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) ayant une pluralité d'agrégats de processus (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) pour l'étirage et le frisage d'un des fils et une unité de bobinage (9) pour enrouler le fil (24) et les modules de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3), adjacents les uns des autres, forment un côté longitudinal de machine, caractérisée en ce que les agrégats de processus (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) et l'unité de bobinage (9) sont agencés de manière telle entre eux sur un des modules de machine (5.1) qu'une division de machine faible (T) dans la gamme < 800 mm s'ajuste et en ce que par module de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) le dispositif de filage (1) a une filière ou une pluralité de filières (2, 2.1, 2.2) et un puits de filature (4) à l'intérieur de la division de machine (T), les filières (2, 2.1, 2.2) étant retenues en un agencement en forme de rangée de manière parallèle par rapport au côté longitudinal de la machine.
  2. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un passage de service élevé (27) est formé directement en amont des modules de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) qui s'étend sensiblement sur toute la longueur du côté longitudinal de la machine.
  3. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le passage de service (27) s'étend dans un plan au dessus des unités de bobinage (9) et en ce qu'un dispositif doffer (28) est associé aux unités de bobinage (9), lequel doffer sert à retirer et à évacuer les bobines.
  4. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les unités de bobinage (9) des modules de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) peuvent être entraînées et commandées indépendamment l'une de l'autre, chacune des unités de bobinage (9) enroulant respectivement un fil (24) en une bobine (25).
  5. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les unités de bobinage (9) ont respectivement deux broches de bobinage (21.1, 21.2) pouvant être entraînées pour recevoir à tour de rôle les bobines (25).
  6. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif doffer (28) est formé par une pluralité de dispositifs de changement de bobines stationnaires (29), associés aux unités de bobinage (9), et par un dispositif de transport de bobines (30).
  7. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon l'une des revendications précitées, caractérisée en ce que les agrégats de processus (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) des modules de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) peuvent être entraînés et commandés indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
  8. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que par module de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) une unité de construction E (35) est prévue pour recevoir l'électronique d'entraînement et de commande associées aux agrégats de processus (8.2, 8.3, 8.4) et à l'unité de bobinage (9).
  9. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les unités de construction E (35) ont respectivement une unité pouvant être commandée à distance (37), et en ce que les unités de commande (37) peuvent être commandées séparément par un appareil de service mobile (38).
  10. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les modules de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) ont respectivement une paroi de bâti (26), sur laquelle les agrégats de processus (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) et l'unité de bobinage (9) sont retenus les uns entre les autres.
  11. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon l'une des revendications précitées, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de succion (49) est associé aux modules de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3), lequel dispositif de succion a pour chaque module de machine (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) un manchon de succion (13) associé aux agrégats de processus (8.2, 8.3, 8.4).
  12. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'un robot (43) est prévu qui est agencé de manière mobile sur le côté longitudinal de la machine, lequel robot (43) exécute avec un bras de robot mobile (52) l'application d'un des fils au début du processus et/ou après l'interruption du processus.
  13. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le robot (43) est retenu sur un support mobile (44), lequel support (44) peut être guidé dans un plan vertical (45, 46) de manière parallèle par rapport au côté longitudinal de la machine.
  14. Machine à filer, étirer et texturer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'agrégat de processus (8.2) pour l'étirage du fil à l'intérieur du module de machine (5.1) est formé par au moins deux galettes entraînées (14, 15), le fil est tiré hors du dispositif de filage (1) par la première galette (14).
