Claims (10)

  1. Werkzeug für das Gesenkschmieden mit einem Hammer eines ringförmigen Werkstücks, umfassend einen unteren Einsatzhalter mit einer unteren Matrix (122), der mit einem oberen Einsatzhalter und einer oberen Matrix (132) zusammenarbeitet, wobei die zwei Matrizen einen ringförmigen Gesenkschmiedehohlraum (122a, 132a) umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Mittel zur Führung des Werkstücks umfasst, das seine seitlichen Bewegungen begrenzt, wenn es aus der unteren Matrix gehoben wird.
  2. Werkzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Mittel zur Führung eine Säule (140) umfasst, die zwischen den zwei Matrizen (122, 132) im inneren des Kranzes angebracht ist, der durch den kreisförmigen Hohlraum (122a, 132a) gebildet wird.
  3. Werkzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Säule (140) mit der unteren Matrix (122) einstückig ist.
  4. Werkzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die untere Matrix (122) eine Bohrung (122b) umfasst, die in der Achse (XX) des Kranzes angebracht ist, der durch den Gesenkschmiedehohlraum (122a, 132b) gebildet wird, in dem die Säule (140) gelagert ist.
  5. Werkzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Säule einen Flansch (140a) zur axialen Klemmung umfasst, der mit einer Lagerung zusammenarbeitet, die in der unteren Matrix angebracht ist.
  6. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei die Höhe der Säule (140) zumindest gleich der Rücksprunghöhe des Werkstücks ist.
  7. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5 oder 6 in Kombination mit 3, wobei die obere Matrix (132) eine Bohrung (132b) für die Aufnahme des hervorstehenden Teils der Säule (140) umfasst.
  8. Werkzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Bohrung, die in der oberen Matrix angebracht ist, einen Zentrierkegel umfasst.
  9. Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Führungssäulen zwischen dem unteren Einsatzhalter und dem oberen Einsatzhalter.
  10. Verfahren zum Gesenkschmieden mit einem Hammer eines ringförmigen Werkstücks, umfassend die Anbringung eines Werkzeugs im Hammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dann das Schlagen des Werkstücks mithilfe des Werkzeugs.
