Da es sich bei den Endprodukten um anspruchsvolle Verpackungen hinsichtlich technischer und graphischer Ausführung handelt (etwa Verpackungen für Kosmetik, Zigaretten, Pharmazie, Lebensmittel, etc.), werden besondere Anforderungen nicht nur an die Verpackungsmaterialien selbst gestellt, sondern es sind für optimale Resultate auch Stanzwerkzeuge mit geringsten Toleranzen und äußerst präzise und zuverlässig arbeitende Stanzmaschinen erforderlich. Diesen Ansprüchen wird das Flachbettstanzen am besten gerecht. Dabei werden die gedruckten und auf einer Palette gestapelten Bogen der Stanzmaschine zugeführt. - Stripping device for stripping waste (11) from plate-shaped workpieces (6) made of paper, cardboard or the like, in particular for a sheet-fed diecutting and embossing machine (100), comprising a stripping board (24) and a universal stripping tool (20) including at least one loading plate (21) and a work plate (22), which are each provided with a plurality of holes (23) distributed in their surfaces and which are arranged parallel with each other in the horizontal, a plurality of pins (25) insertable into the holes (23) of the plates (21, 22), one pin (25) being associated with one hole (23) in the at least one loading plate (21) and with one hole (23) in the at least one work plate (22), and the stripping board (24) having recesses and being fixed parallel with the plates (21, 22),
characterized by
the fact that the plates (21, 22) are separately adjustable in terms of their height relative to the stripping board (24) and that each plate includes a locking mechanism (26, 27) for clamping the pins (25), wherein by adjusting the height of the plates (21, 22) and by activating and deactivating the locking mechanisms (26, 27) the outline of the stripping board (24) is traceable by the pins (25). - Blank separating device for separating blanks and depositing products (6) made of paper, cardboard or the like, in particular for a sheet-fed diecutting and embossing machine (100), comprising a blank separating grid (24) and a universal blank separating tool (20) including at least one loading plate (21) and a work plate (22), which are each provided with a plurality of holes (23) distributed in their surfaces and which are arranged parallel with each other in the horizontal, a plurality of pins (25) insertable into the holes (23) of the plates (21, 22), one pin (25) being associated with one hole (23) in the at least one loading plate (21) and with one hole (23) in the at least one work plate (22), and the blank separating grid (24) being fixed parallel with the plates (21, 22),

the fact that the pins (25) are designed to be elastic in the region of their lower ends and/or to include elastic elements. - Device according to one of Claims 1 to 13,

the fact that the at least one plate (21, 22) has fins for stiffening purposes. - Method of setting up a universal tool (20) for stripping waste (11) from plate-shaped workpieces (6) made of paper, cardboard or the like, in particular in a sheet-fed diecutting and embossing machine (100), characterized by the following steps:a) lowering a plate (21), a loading plate, equipped with a plurality of pins (25)b) inserting the lower ends of the pins (25) into the holes (23) of a second plate (22), a work plate, which is parallel with the loading plate (21)c) deactivating the locking mechanism (26) of the loading plate (21) to release the heads of the pins (25)d) dropping the pins (25) into the holes (23) of the work plate (22) in such a way that the pin heads rest on the upper side of the platee) lowering the work plate (22) such that the lower ends of the pins (25) come against the stripping board (24) located parallel with and below the work plate (22) or dip into recesses in the stripping board (24), thus tracing the outline of the stripping board (24)f) lowering the loading plate (21) until the heads of a part of the pins (25) enter the holes (23) of the loading plate (21)g) activating the locking mechanism (26) of the loading plate (21) to clamp the heads of the pins (25) and lifting off the loading plate (21)h) activating the locking mechanism (27) of the work plate (22) to clamp the pins (25).
- Method of setting up a universal tool (20) for separating blanks from plate-shaped workpieces (6) made of paper, cardboard, or the like, in particular in a sheet-fed diecutting and embossing machine (100), characterized by the following steps:a) lowering a plate (21), a loading plate, equipped with a plurality of pins (25)b) inserting the lower ends of the pins (25) into the holes (23) of a second plate (22), a work plate, which is parallel with the loading plate (21)c) deactivating the locking mechanism (26) of the loading plate (21) to release the heads of the pins (25)d) dropping the pins (25) into the holes (23) of the work plate (22) in such a way that the pin heads rest on the upper side of the platee) lowering the work plate (22) such that the lower ends of the pins (25) come against the blank separating grid (24) located parallel with and below the work plate (22) or dip into clearances in the blank separating grid (24), thus tracing the outline of the blank separating grid (24)f) lowering the loading plate (21) until the heads of a part of the pins (25) enter the holes (23) of the loading plate (21)g) activating the locking mechanism (26) of the loading plate (21) to clamp the heads of the pins (25) and lifting off the loading plate (21)h) activating the locking mechanism (27) of the work plate (22) to clamp the pins (25).
