Claims (4)

  1. A telescopic construction support with an outer tube (2) and an inner tube (3) slidable within the outer tube (2), wherein the outer tube (2) has a device (6) for fastening bracing (7), and including a connecting element (11) which is releasably fastened to the inner tube (3) of the construction support and which has a device (14) for fastening the bracing (7), characterised in that the fastening devices (6, 14) of the connecting element (11) and of the outer tube (2) of the construction support (1) have T grooves or T, L or mushroom head-shaped ribs, which are congruent and aligned with one another.
  2. A construction support as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the connecting element (11) has a cross-section matching the outer tube (2) of the construction support (1).
  3. A construction support as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the connecting element (11) is constructed in the form of an openable collar.
  4. A construction support as claimed in one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the connecting element (11) has a form fitting element (23) for a positive engagement with a complementary connecting device (5) on the inner tube (3) of the construction support (1).
