Abstract

La présente invention concerne un support de communication integré en un panneau de basket-ball permettant de diffuser des messages à buts sociaux ou lucratifs destinés au public dont 1'attention est focalisée sur les panneaux de basket-ball durant une partie de jeu. Le support de communication integré est une structure fonctionnelle de forme carrée ou rectangulaire construit avec des matériaux conformes aux dispositions de la Fédération Internationale de Basket. Les messages à diffuser sont imprimés selon les techniques classiques d'impression (manuel, électronique, sérigraphique, etc.) sur les 2 faces latérales et la face arrière du support.

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un support de communication intégré à un panneau de basket-ball durant une partie de basket-ball.
On sait que jusqu'à présent, les panneaux de basket ne servent à rien d'autre que pour permettre le ricochet de la balle afin de mieux l'orienter dans le panier qui est fixe en dessous. Or le panneau de basket fait partie des objets qui focalisent le plus l'attention durant une partie de jeu et n'est pas utilisé à d'autres fins.
La recherche effectuée dans l'état de la technique par l'inventeur en rapport plus ou moins avec l'objet de l'invention a permis d'identifier les documents ci-après :

La plupart des documents examinés présentent des panneaux construits avec la seule fonction technique de faciliter la pénétration de la balle dans le panier fixé en dessous. La fonction de vecteur de communication de messages ou d'information au public n'est pas assurée. Le support de communication intégré au panneau de basket-ball objet de la présente invention résout le problème par sa construction et son utilisation.
Le support objet de l'invention est une structure de 4 faces (PLANCHE N° 1). Il peut être de forme carré (PLANCHE 1-2) ou rectangulaire (PLANCHE 1-3)
Le support doit être constitue d'une seule pièce antireflet construit avec des matériaux autorisés par les textes de la FIBA. Il est fixé sur le panneau existant grâce à des écrous ou autre fixateur. Il peut être démontable. Les messages publicitaires sont imprimés sur les faces latérales et la face arrière du support. A cet effet les techniques classiques d'impression (manuelle, électronique, sérigraphiques, etc.) peuvent être utilisées. La dimension de la base du support est égale à celle du panneau de basket
La pose des supports sur les 2 panneaux permet d'augmenter la visibilité des messages à buts sociaux ou lucratifs compte tenu de l'attention que focalisent les panneaux de basket-ball. La planche 1 - 4 représente un panneau avec son support de communication intégré véhiculant un message publicitaire.

REVENDICATIONS
1. Support de communication intégré à un panneau de basket.
2. Support de communication intégré à un panneau de basket selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu'il est une structure de forme carrée ou rectangulaire construite avec des matériaux conformes aux normes de la FIBA en matière de panneau de basket-ball.
3. Support de communication intégré à un panneau de basket selon la revendication 2 caractérisée en ce qu'il est fixé à l'arrière du panneau.
4. Support de communication intégré à un panneau de basket selon la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que les messages à communiquer au public sont imprimés sur les 2 faces latérales et sur le face arrière du support.
