Claims (14)
- Procédé destiné à l'application d'un revêtement multicouche résistant à l'usure sur des surfaces métalliques qui sont, éventuellement, déjà pourvues d'un revêtement, dans lequel le revêtement est constitué de tout au moins deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) et d'une couche intermédiaire, laquelle est disposée respectivement entre deux couches de protection contre l'usure, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire est constituée d'une composition de matériaux, laquelle contient le matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure ainsi qu'un autre matériau, dans lequel un matériau en carbone semblable à du diamant (DLC) est sélectionné comme étant le matériau pour les deux couches de protection contre l'usure et du nitrure de chrome (CrN) est sélectionné comme étant l'autre matériau contenu dans la couche intermédiaire, dans lequel l'application de la couche intermédiaire est réalisée avec une teneur décroissante, sur une première zone de transition, du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure, et avec une teneur croissante, sur une deuxième zone de transition, du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure, dans lequel la teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure dans la couche intermédiaire est sélectionnée avec au moins 5 % en poids en chacun des endroits, dans lequel la teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure dans la couche intermédiaire est réduite jusqu'à au moins 30 % en poids, de préférence jusqu'à au moins 50 % en poids.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure dans la couche intermédiaire est réduite, respectivement est augmentée conformément à une fonction de rampe.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'application de la première zone de transition de la couche intermédiaire est réalisée avec une teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure qui se réduit en partant de 100 % en poids et l'application de la deuxième zone de transition est réalisée avec une teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure qui augmente jusqu'à une teneur de 100 % en poids.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la première zone de transition vient se joindre directement à la couche de protection contre l'usure se trouvant au-dessous et la deuxième zone de transition se poursuit directement dans la couche de protection contre l'usure se trouvant au-dessus.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première zone de transition vient se joindre directement à la deuxième zone de transition.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les couches sont appliquées au moyen d'un procédé CVD.
- Revêtement multicouche appliqué sur une surface métallique qui est éventuellement déjà pourvue d'un revêtement, lequel revêtement est constitué de tout au moins deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) et d'une couche intermédiaire, laquelle est disposée respectivement entre deux couches de protection contre l'usure, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (10) est constituée d'une composition de matériaux, laquelle contient le matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) ainsi qu'un autre matériau, avec une teneur décroissante, sur une première zone de transition (a), du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) et avec une teneur croissante, sur une deuxième zone de transition (b), du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5), dans lequel un matériau en carbone semblable à du diamant (DLC) est sélectionné comme étant le matériau pour les deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) et du nitrure de chrome (CrN) est sélectionné comme étant l'autre matériau contenu dans la couche intermédiaire (10), dans lequel la teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) dans la couche intermédiaire (10) s'élève à au moins 5 % en poids en chacun des endroits, dans lequel la teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) dans la couche intermédiaire (10) est réduite jusqu'à au plus 30 % en poids, de préférence jusqu'à au plus 50 % en poids.
- Revêtement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) dans la couche intermédiaire (10) est réduite, respectivement est augmentée conformément à une fonction de rampe (9).
- Revêtement selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la première zone de transition (a) de la couche intermédiaire (10) est appliquée avec une teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) qui se réduit en partant de 100 % en poids et caractérisé en ce que la deuxième zone de transition (b) est appliquée avec une teneur du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) qui augmente jusqu'à une teneur de 100 % en poids.
- Revêtement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la première zone de transition (a) vient se joindre directement à la couche de protection contre l'usure (5) se trouvant au-dessous et la deuxième zone de transition (b) se poursuit directement dans la couche de protection contre l'usure (5) se trouvant au-dessus.
- Revêtement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième zone de transition (b) vient se joindre directement à la première zone de transition (a).
- Revêtement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche de protection contre l'usure (3) constituée d'un autre matériau est disposée au-dessous des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5).
- Revêtement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche de transition (4), qui comprend une teneur croissante du matériau des deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5) et qui comprend en conséquence une teneur décroissante de l'autre matériau, est disposée entre la couche de protection contre l'usure (3) de l'autre matériau et les deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5, 5).
- Revêtement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la couche de protection contre l'usure (3) de l'autre matériau est appliquée en interposant une couche de liaison (2), par exemple en chrome (Cr), sur la surface (1) devant être revêtue.
