Claims (3)
- Procédé de coulée sous pression, en particulier de pièces coulées en matériaux métalliques et notamment en matériaux à base d'aluminium, de magnésium ou de zinc, dans lequel un bain de fusion, notamment d'un matériau à base d'aluminium, est dosé dans une chambre de coulée (1) d'une machine de coulée sous pression, la portion de bain de fusion étant ensuite comprimée dans un cavité de moulage au moyen d'un piston de coulée (2), une ouverture (7) de la chambre de coulée (1) débouchant dans un canal de remplissage de la cavité de moulage étant ensuite refermée après chaque injection de telle sorte qu'il reste entre le piston de coulée (2) et l'ouverture (7) un résidu de bain de fusion qui se solidifie au moins en partie pendant ou après une injection et ferme l'ouverture (7) comme un bouchon (4), un conduit d'amenée de bain de fusion depuis un four étant fermé par un deuxième bouchon (4) après le remplissage de la chambre de coulée (1) et le remplissage de la cavité de moulage.
- Procédé de coulée sous pression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le piston de coulée (2) avance vers l'ouverture (7) pour former le bouchon.
- Procédé de coulée sous pression selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'après un nouveau remplissage de la chambre de coulée (1), 1 le bouchon (4) est fondu au moins partiellement.
