Abstract
Claims (12)
- Procédé d'insertion d'un fil (16) dans une fente de guidage (21) d'un guide-fil (13) en forme de doigt, équipant une machine textile, qui est entraîné individuellement et qui, en vue de déposer un fil (16) sur une bobine rotative (5), guide ledit fil (16) parallèlement à l'axe de ladite bobine selon une largeur de course de va-et-vient, sachant que,- préalablement au début de l'insertion, le guide-fil (13) est transféré à une position initiale (A) ;- ledit guide-fil (13) est ensuite transféré à une position d'insertion (E), et entraîne le fil (16) devant être inséré ;- un mouvement relatif est alors généré, entre le guide-fil (13) et le fil (16), afin d'insérer ledit fil (16) dans ledit guide-fil (13) ; et- ledit fil (16) est maintenu tendu en vue de l'insertion,
caractérisé par le fait que,- lors du processus d'insertion, la bobine (5) est entraînée en un mouvement rétrograde après une discontinuité du fil. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la position initiale (A) est choisie de façon telle que le fil (16), devant être inséré dans le guide-fil (13), occupe une position située entre ledit guide-fil (13) et la position d'insertion (E).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la position initiale (A) se trouve dans la région du point d'inversion situé en regard de la position d'insertion (E).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le guide-fil (13) accomplit un mouvement oscillant autour de la position d'insertion.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la position d'insertion (E) se trouve en dehors de la course de va-et-vient, à une distance telle que le fil (16), entraîné à la position d'insertion (E) par le guide-fil (13), se meuve au cours du transfert, le long du profil extérieur dudit guide-fil (13), jusque dans la région de l'embouchure de la fente de guidage (21).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par la présence d'un profil déflecteur (34) par lequel le fil (16) devant être inséré est soulevé, au cours du transfert, de telle sorte qu'il se meuve le long du profil extérieur du guide-fil (13), jusque dans la région de l'embouchure de la fente de guidage (21).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la fente de guidage (21) est délimitée par deux branches (22, 23) de longueurs différentes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que la fente de guidage (21), ménagée entre les deux branches (22, 23), offre une profondeur telle que, lors du processus de dépôt sur la bobine (5), le fil (16) situé dans ladite fente de guidage (21) soit logé, dans ladite fente de guidage (21), d'une manière telle qu'il ne puisse pas riper hors de ladite fente (21) du guide-fil dans les limites de la course de va-et-vient.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait que la position d'insertion (E) se trouve dans la région du point d'inversion tourné vers la branche (23) de longueur moindre.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que la machine textile comprend une buse d'aspiration (24) dont l'emplacement est coordonné avec le guide-fil (13) au cours du processus d'insertion.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que le fil (16) devant être inséré est maintenu, par la buse d'aspiration (24), dans une position dans laquelle ledit fil (16) accomplit un glissement ascendant, sur le profil déflecteur (34), au cours de l'entraînement par le guide-fil (13).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé par le fait que le guide-fil (13) est transféré à une position centrale (M), à l'achèvement de l'insertion, et la buse d'aspiration (24) effectue un mouvement de tangage en synchronisme avec ledit transfert.
