Der Fußwinkel 16ist vom Seitenwandelement 14 abgekantet und liegt auf einem Basiselement 17 auf. In dieses ist eine T-Nut eingebracht, deren oberer Teil 17.1 eine Weite besitzt, die das seitliche Einschieben eines Schaftes einer Schraube 76 ermöglicht. Die Weite eines unteren Teils 17.2 entspricht etwa der Schlüsselweite des Schraubenkopfes, so dass dieser verdrehsicher in der Nut geführt ist.Ein Klemmelementelement 71der Spannpratzenvorrichtung 70 überbrückt mit seiner Breite die Nut 17.1 und liegt mit einer hinteren, überstehenden Kante 71.1 beidseits der Nut 1.7.1auf dem Basiselement 17 auf.Die Schraube 76 läuftdurch das Klemmelement 71 hindurch und ist oben mit einerHutmutter 77 versehen. Durch Anziehen der Verschraubung drückt das Klemmelementauf den Fußwinkel 16 und klemmt diesenam Basiselement 17 fest.

Fig. 2b zeigt, wie beim Drehen die Kante 51.1 aneiner Ecke 53 des Spannpratzenlagerelements 52 vorbeiläuft, wenn die Schraube ganz vorn in der Nut positioniert ist. - In
Fig. 2c hingegen ist der Drehpunkt dadurch verschoben, dass dieSchraube 56 eine andere Position innerhalb der Nut 52.1 hat. Die Kante 51.1 läuft nun bei kleinen Drehwinkeln gegen dieEcke 53 und wird dort blockiert. -
Fig. 2d schließlich zeigt eine Stellung, in der dieSchraube 56 innerhalb der Nut 52.1 so weit zurück gezogen ist, dass die Kante 51.1vorn am Spannpratzenlagerelement 52 anliegt. In dieser Stellung ist ein Formschluss durch die voreinander liegenden Flächen gegeben und keine Verdrehung mehr möglich.

Claims (12)
- Spinner gate housing (100) having an outer housing (10) which consists of at least one cover element (15), at least one foot element (16), two end wall elements (11, 12) and of two trapezoidal, mutually spaced-apart side wall elements (13, 14) which are enclosed by these end wall elements, wherein at least one of the side wall elements (13, 14) comprises a recess for receiving a guiding sleeve, having at least one lining insert (20, 30) which can be inserted into the outer housing (10) and includes at least one lining cover element (25), two lining side elements (21, 22) and two mutually spaced-apart lining end wall elements (23, 24) which are enclosed by these lining side elements,
characterised in that- a guiding sleeve cover (40) is pressed onto the side wall element (14) via at least three clamping claw devices (50) attached to the side wall element adjacent to the recess for receiving the guiding sleeve, and/or- the foot element (16) is connected to a base bearing element (17) via several clamping claw devices (70), which base bearing element is attached to a blasting cubicle or to a foundation,wherein the clamping claw devices (50, 70) are each attached to a nut (77) by means of a bolt (56, 76) which is inserted with its bolt head into a T-groove (17.1, 17.2, 52.1), which is open on at least one side, on the side wall element (14) or on the guiding sleeve cover (40) and/or on the foot element (16) or on the base element (17). - Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the bolt head and/or the nut are provided with spanner flats, wherein the width across flats substantially corresponds to the width of a wide part (17.2) of the T-groove.
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a depression (17.3) is incorporated in the base of the T-groove (17.1, 17.2) and terminates prior to the open end of the T-groove.
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the lining cover element (25) can be locked to the lining insert (20) via a clamping claw device (61, 61') which is attached to a clamping claw bearing element (62) on the outer housing (10).
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in Claim 4, characterised in that the lining cover element (25) comprises, at least on two opposite outer edges, a recess (25.1) for a clamping element (61) of a clamping claw device (60) engaging therein.
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the clamping claw bearing element (62) comprises a protrusion (62.1) which engages into a compatible recess in the end wall element (12) of the housing (10).
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the clamping claw devices (50, 70) each include at least one clamping element (51, 71) which on the end side comprises at least one angularly protruding edge (51.1, 71.1) and is mounted on the clamping claw bearing element (52, 62) or on the base element (17) such that each edge (51.1, 71.1) of the clamping element (51, 71) goes past the clamping claw bearing element upon rotation about a point of rotation determined by the end position of the bolt in the T-groove (17.1, 17.2, 52.1), and that at least one edge (51.1, 71.1) is blocked by the clamping claw bearing element (52) in a positive-locking manner upon rotation about a point of rotation remote therefrom in the end region of the T-groove.
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that at least three clamping claw bearing elements (52) are mounted on the side wall element (14) of the housing (10) about the recess for receiving the guiding sleeve and a T-groove (52.1) is incorporated in each clamping claw bearing element.
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in Claim 8, characterised in that the open end of the T-groove (52.1) is disposed remote from the recess for receiving the guiding sleeve in each case.
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in Claim 9, characterised in that the T-grooves (52.1) extend outwards radially with respect to the centre of the guiding sleeve cover (40).
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in any one of Claims 8 to 10, characterised in that at least one clamping claw bearing element (52) engages into a recess located on the outer edge of the guiding sleeve cover (40).
- Spinner gate housing (100) as claimed in any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the foot elements (16) are two foot brackets which are aligned so as to be spaced-apart in parallel and mirror-symmetrical with respect to each other.
