Abstract

Auf einem Grundgestell (1) ist ein Schubboden (2) angebracht. Der Schubboden besteht aus Längsträgern, die bekannterweise in 3 Gruppen zusammengefaßt sind und gruppenweise bewegt werden. Die Gruppen werden durch Balgzylinder (2) bewegt, die an einem Balken (3), der sich am Grundgestell abstützt, befestigt sind. Auf zwei Trägern (5) sind Kugellager (7) befestigt, in denen die angetriebenen Öffnungswalzen (6) gelagert sind. Ein Gestell (8) trägt die nicht gezeigten Verkleidungsbleche. Alle Träger sind mit dem Grundgestell verbunden. Zwischen den Öffnungswalzen und der Betätigungsmechanik ist der Absaugtrichter (4) angebracht, der sich in etwa über die Arbeitsbreite der Maschine im Ansaugbereich erstreckt. Ein Ballen (9) befindet sich in der Bearbeitung, ein zweiter Ballen ist in Reserveposition.
