Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une cage d'armature à partir d'un treillis d'armature ayant une pluralité de premières barres (1) réciproquement parallèles et de deuxièmes barres (2) croisant celles-ci dans un plan et rigidement reliées à celles-ci en des points de croisement, en pliant une ou plusieurs fois le treillis d'armature autour d'un mandrin de pliage parallèle aux deuxièmes barres (2) et formé par des cames de pliage (3) réciproquement alignées, que le treillis d'armature contourne alors dans une zone de pliage,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lors d'au moins un pliage du treillis d'armature, au moins une des premières barres (1) est pliée hélicoïdalement autour d'une came de pliage y associée, et des sections adjacentes des deux côtés à la zone de pliage de cette première barre (1) sont ainsi amenées à se croiser au moins passagèrement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le treillis d'armature est replié sur lui-même autour d'un mandrin de pliage parallèle aux deuxièmes barres (2) de telle manière que des parties extrêmes des premières barres forment des crochets d'extrémité (13), et que le treillis d'armature est ensuite à nouveau plié à un endroit écarté des crochets d'extrémité autour du même mandrin de pliage parallèle aux deuxièmes barres (2), et l'arc (14) d'au moins un crochet d'extrémité (13) est ainsi amené à se croiser avec une autre section (16) de la même première barre (1).
  3. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant un mandrin de pliage qui est formé par plusieurs cames de pliage (3) réciproquement alignées, une poutre fixe (5) agencée parallèlement au mandrin de pliage sous ce dernier et à laquelle les cames de pliage (3) sont rigidement reliées et une poutre de pliage (10) parallèle au mandrin de pliage et supportée de manière pivotante par rapport à ce dernier, à laquelle sont fixés des rouleaux de pliage (11) radialement écartées du mandrin de pliage et déplaçables autour du mandrin de pliage en pivotant la poutre de pliage (10) de telle manière que des premières barres (1), qui passent sous les cames de pliage et font partie d'un treillis d'armature posé sur la poutre fixe avec les deuxièmes barres parallèles au mandrin de pliage, peuvent être tirées autour des cames de pliage (3) respectives par les rouleaux de pliage (11),
    caractérisé en ce que
    chacune des cames de pliage (3) présente une surface de guidage (18) inclinée par rapport à l'axe (4) du mandrin de pliage, laquelle est conformée et agencée de sorte qu'elle force une première barre (1) vers un côté dans une direction parallèle au mandrin de pliage alors qu'elle est tirée autour du mandrin de pliage (3) par un rouleau de pliage (11).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le rayon de pliage des cames de pliage (3) est plus grand à l'une de leurs extrémités (7) qu'à l'autre extrémité (8), de manière que les premières barres (1) sont déplacées vers l'extrémité (8) plus mince alors qu'elles sont tirées autour des cames de pliage (3).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les cames de pliage ont une extrémité fixe (7) et une extrémité libre (8) et que leur rayon de pliage est plus grand à l'extrémité fixe.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de guidage (18) des cames de pliage (3) sont de forme conique.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de guidage (18) des cames de pliage sont de forme hélicoïdale.
