Claims (6)

  1.   2. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ponts des zones de rupture théorique (34) comportent un bord inférieur ou un bord supérieur, qui est dirigé vers le tube verseur (2) et aligné au moins approximativement sur le bord supérieur (25) du tube verseur.
  3. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon à visser(4) comporte une bande de garantie (48) périphérique rapportée sur sa paroi d'enveloppe (41) qui à l'état monté, avant la première ouverture du dispositif d'ouverture est maintenue par rapport à la bride (21) de sorte qu'un bourrelet d'étanchéité (44) annulaire rapporté sur la face intérieure de la surface de recouvrement du capuchon (4) se situe au-dessus des bords supérieurs (32, 25) de l'élément de coupe (3) et du tube verseur (2).
  4. Procédé de montage du dispositif d'ouverture fermable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur une surface de transport (51) on amène tous les produits semi-finis (5) en application sur la face inférieure de la bride ou sur le bord supérieur (32) définissant une surface plane de l'élément de coupe cylindrique (3), suite à quoi, une deuxième surface de compression (52) convergeant vers la surface de transport (51) vient s'appliquer sur le produit semi-fini (5) et les deux surfaces (51, 52) s'approchant de sorte que les deux pièces (2, 3) du produit semi-fini (5) s'emboîtent l'une dans l'autre en détruisant les assemblages existants jusqu'à ce que le bord supérieur (32) de l'élément de coupe cylindrique (3) se situe au moins approximativement dans un plan avec le bord supérieur (25) du tube verseur (2).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les produits semi-finis (5) reposent sans être orientés sur la surface de transport (51) inférieure et vont passer sous un longeron (54) traversant la surface de transport, suite à quoi, on fait basculer les produits semi-finis(5) qui ne s'appliquent pas de façon plane sur le bord supérieur (32) de l'élément de coupe (3) ou sur la bride (21) du tube verseur (2).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on amène les dispositifs d'ouverture (1) sur la surface de transport (51) de sorte qu'ils s'appliquent sur cette dernière par leurs brides (21), alors que la surface de compression (52) est conçue sous la forme d'une bande avec appui caoutchouteux élastique, qui presse les éléments de coupe (3) aussi loin dans le tube verseur (2) que le bord supérieur (32) des éléments de coupe (3) s'enfonce de quelques dixièmes de millimètres sous le bord supérieur (25) du tube verseur (2).
