Claims (10)

  1. Cigarette (10), cigarillo, cigare ou similaires sans fumée, comprenant plusieurs parties :
    une partie réutilisable dotée d'une enveloppe thermoplastique (12), d'une ou de plusieurs ouvertures d'entrée d'air et d'une source de chaleur électriquement raccordable, et un embout (14) échangeable, réutilisable le cas échéant, ainsi qu'un dépôt de nicotine et d'arômes (16) échangeable, non-réutilisable, dans lequel la chaleur dégagée par la source de chaleur chauffe l'air aspiré par le consommateur par les canaux d'écoulement d'air et libère ainsi la nicotine présente dans le dépôt (16) et les substances aromatiques, qui sont absorbées par le fumeur, caractérisés en ce que
    le dépôt (16) est logé en partie par l'embout (14) par correspondance de forme et/ou de force et est enveloppé d'une barrière de diffusion (17), et en ce que la source de chaleur est prévue sous forme de thermoplongeur (18) disposé de manière centrée, lequel est entièrement ou partiellement entouré par un tube thermoconducteur (20) de telle manière qu'au moins un canal d'écoulement d'air s'étendant axialement (21, 22) est agencé entre le thermoplongeur (18) et le tube thermoconducteur (20), dans lequel ce dernier, avec son extrémité arrière adjacente à l'embout (14), entoure partiellement le dépôt (16) et présente au moins une ouverture d'entrée d'air au niveau de son côté avant.
  2. Cigarette sans fumée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'embout (14) comprend des fibres filtrantes en acétate de cellulose et/ou en polyéthylène ou est en un plastique solide ou expansé, et en ce que le dépôt (16) comprend des fibres filtrantes en acétate de cellulose et/ou en polyéthylène, et en ce que la barrière de diffusion (17) est en polypropylène et/ou en film d'aluminium et le tube thermoconducteur (20) est constitué d'un tube d'aluminium.
  3. Cigarette sans fumée selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la section du tube thermoconducteur (20) présente une ou plusieurs saillies ou renflements (24, 25), qui s'appuie(nt) contre l'enveloppe thermoplastique (12) et serre(nt) le tube thermoconducteur (20) de manière ajustée sur le thermoplongeur (18), l'au moins un canal d'écoulement d'air (21, 22) étant réalisé sous le (les) renflement(s) (24, 25).
  4. Cigarette sans fumée selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'embout (14) dispose d'un canal (26) axialement traversant ou non-traversant et à section en forme de rosace pour le logement par correspondance de forme et/ou de force du dépôt (16).
  5. Cigarette sans fumée selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une bague d'écartement et d'étanchéification (28) torique est positionnée au niveau du tube thermoconducteur (20), laquelle arrête le thermoplongeur (18) avec le tube thermoconducteur (20) au milieu de l'enveloppe (12) et empêche les écoulements d'air entre l'enveloppe thermoplastique (12) et le tube thermoconducteur (20).
  6. Cigarette sans fumée selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le thermoplongeur (18) se compose d'un fil de cuivre enroulé, qui est coulé dans une céramique en forme de tige.
  7. Cigarette sans fumée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la nicotine et les substances aromatiques sont introduites dans des dépôts séparés.
  8. Cigarette sans fumée selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le thermoplongeur (18) présente un prolongement en pointe qui pénètre dans le dépôt (16) sous forme de chauffage intérieur direct.
  9. Cigarette sans fumée selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la partie réutilisable peut être reliée à la partie non réutilisable par une fermeture rotative, ajustée ou à encliquetage.
  10. Ensemble avec cigarette, cigarillo, cigare ou similaires sans fumée selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes avec un étui de chargement (30), de préférence de forme semblable à un paquet de cigarettes, dans lequel l'étui de chargement (30) dispose d'une électronique intégrée avec accumulateur (32) et commande de transmission de l'énergie électrique pour chauffer le thermoplongeur (18), dans lequel des emplacements (34, 35) sont prévus de préférence pour au moins une partie de la cigarette (10), du cigarillo, du cigare ou similaires sans fumée.
