Claims (21)

  1. Insigne, comprenant un corps rigide en forme de disque avec un côté supérieur sur lequel une décoration ou un logo est appliqué et un côté inférieur sur lequel un moyen est prévu pour fixer l'insigne à des vêtements (1; 18), caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fixation de l'insigne (13) comprend un deuxième élément de fixation (8) conçu pour être emboîté par pression dans un premier élément de fixation complémentaire (2) sur un vêtement (1; 18).
  2. Insigne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de fixation (8) est composé d'une partie supérieure (17; 28) et une partie inférieure (15; 29) joignant la partie supérieure avec une partie de l'insigne (13) prise en sandwich entre elles de telle manière que le deuxième élément de fixation (8) soit fixé fermement sur l'insigne.
  3. Insigne selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les parties supérieure et inférieure (17, 15; 28, 29) sont réalisées en métal.
  4.   7. Insigne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de fixation (8) est complémentaire d'un troisième élément de fixation sur une partie découpée du couvercle d'une cannette de boisson.
  8. Insigne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le centre de gravité de l'insigne (13) est situé sur l'axe du deuxième élément de fixation (8) de sorte qu'il est possible de faire tourner l'insigne comme une toupie.
  9. Insigne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'insigne (13) est marqué pour être utilisé comme jeton de paiement.
  10. Insigne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'insigne (13) a une forme circulaire avec un unique deuxième élément de fixation (8) qui est situé sensiblement au centre de l'insigne (13).

Vêtement comprenant une partie de base (1, 18) conçue en soi pour être portée et au moins une partie additionnelle (3 - 7, 13) qui est fixée de manière amovible à la partie de base (1, 18), la partie additionnelle étant un insigne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 10 et la partie de base étant pourvue d'au moins un desdits éléments de fixation (2) complémentaires du deuxième élément de fixation (8) sur l'insigne (13).
  12. Vêtement selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les premiers éléments de fixation (2) sont des éléments femelles et les deuxièmes éléments de fixation (8) sont des éléments mâles, les éléments femelles ayant une ouverture pour recevoir la protubérance s'emboîtant par pression des éléments mâles.
  13. Vêtement selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que chaque premier élément de fixation (2) est composé d'une première partie supérieure (26) et d'une partie inférieure (27) entrant en prise avec la première partie supérieure avec la matière de la partie de base (1, 18) prise en sandwich entre elles, et en ce que chaque deuxième élément de fixation (8) est composé d'une deuxième partie supérieure (28) et de la même deuxième partie inférieure (27) entrant en prise avec la deuxième partie supérieure avec la matière de la partie additionnelle (3 - 7, 13) prise en sandwich entre elles, les première et deuxième parties supérieures étant conçues pour s'emboîter l'une dans l'autre.
  14. Vêtement selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (27) est formée par un anneau avec des dents pliées debout qui pénètrent dans la matière de la partie de base / additionnelle et s'engagent derrière une moulure circulaire de la première / deuxième partie supérieure (26, 28).
  15. Vêtement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 - 14, caractérisé en ce que les premier et deuxième éléments de fixation (2, 8) sont réalisés en métal.
  16. Vêtement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 - 15, caractérisé en ce que les premiers élément de fixation (2) sont montés sur la partie de base (1, 18) au moyen de bandes de renforcement.
  17. Vêtement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 - 16, caractérisé en ce que la partie de base (1, 18) est une des suivantes : un T-shirt, un chandail, une robe, une jupe, un pantalon, une veste, un manteau, un sac, une casquette, un chapeau, une cravate, une dragonne ou une chaussure.
  18. Vêtement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 - 17, caractérisé en ce que l'insigne (13) a deux ou plus de deux éléments de fixation (8) espacés à des distances régulières correspondantes les uns des autres par rapport à un motif desdits premiers éléments de fixation sur la partie de base (1, 18).
  19. Utilisation d'un insigne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 10 comme ouvre-boîte pour des cannettes de boisson.
  20. Utilisation d'un insigne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 10 comme toupie.
  21. Utilisation d'un insigne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 10 comme jeton de paiement.
