Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication de formulations liquide-liquide finement divisées avec un dispositif de mélange, qui est constitué d'une plaque munie d'au moins une buse d'entrée et d'une plaque munie d'au moins une buse de sortie, un mélangeur statique se trouvant dans l'espace intermédiaire entre les plaques et un apport d'énergie mécanique supplémentaire ayant éventuellement lieu.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les formulations liquide-liquide sont des émulsions bi- ou polyphasées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'une émulsion eau dans huile ou huile dans eau.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'une dispersion aqueuse anionique d'un agent d'encollage réactif pour la fabrication de papier, bristol et carton, et l'agent d'encollage réactif est choisi parmi les alkyldicétènes en C14 à C22, les anhydrides d'acides alkylsucciniques en C12 à C30 et les anhydrides d'acides alcénylsucciniques en C12 à C30.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la distribution des tailles de particule de la formulation liquide-liquide se situe dans la plage allant de 20 nm à 100 µm.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les formulations liquide-liquide finement divisées présentent des viscosités dans la plage allant de 0,01 mPas à 100 000 mPas.
- Dispositif pour la fabrication d'une formulation liquide-liquide finement divisée, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est constitué d'une plaque munie d'au moins une buse d'entrée et d'une plaque munie d'au moins une buse de sortie, un mélangeur statique se trouvant dans l'espace intermédiaire entre les plaques et un apport d'énergie mécanique supplémentaire ayant éventuellement lieu.
- Utilisation d'une formulation liquide-liquide fabriquée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, alimentaire et cosmétique, ainsi que dans l'industrie du papier, du textile et du cuir, des matériaux de construction, ainsi que dans l'industrie phytosanitaire ou photographique.
- Utilisation d'une formulation liquide-liquide fabriquée selon la revendication 4 en tant qu'agent d'encollage réactif dans l'industrie du papier pour la fabrication de papier, bristol et carton.
