Claims (5)
- Procédé de fabrication de tôles (B) à partir d'un bain (S) de magnésium fondu, lequel procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent à :- faire fondre du magnésium pour obtenir un bain fondu (S),- couler le magnésium fondu en un feuillard coulé (M),- immédiatement après la coulée, laminer le feuillard coulé (M) pour obtenir un feuillard laminé (W),
caractérisé par les étapes qui consistent à :- diviser transversalement le feuillard laminé (W) en tôles (B),- laminer la tôle (B) à une épaisseur finale, le laminage de la tôle (B) étant réalisé par rapport à la tôle (B) dans une direction (Q) orientée transversalement par rapport à la direction (L) du laminage du feuillard, cette direction étant conservée pendant tout le laminage de la tôle (B). - Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le laminage de la tôle (B) est réalisé en plusieurs passes de laminage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les tôles (B) sont chauffées à une température initiale de laminage si leur température est inférieure à 200°C.
- Procédé selon les revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les tôles (B) sont chauffées à une température initiale de laminage entre chaque étape de laminage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les tôles (B) laminées terminées subissent un recuit final entre 330°C et 360°C.
