Das erfindungsgemäße Schreibgerät ist für Tinten geeignet. Die Erfindung ist jedoch keineswegs auf die Anwendung bei Tinten begrenzt, sondern kann für beliebige Schreibflüssigkeiten angewendet werden, insbesondere auch für Lacke, sowie Schreibflüssigkeiten mit und ohne Pigmente. Das Schreibgerät besitzt ein geschlossenes Reservoir für die Schreibflüssigkeit, das mit einer Austrittsöffhung für die Schreibflüssigkeit und einer weiteren Öffnung versehen ist. In dem Reservoir liegt die Tinte als freie Flüssigkeit vor, sogenanntes free ink System. Ferner besitzt das Schreibgerät eine längliche Schreib- oder Markierungsspitze, die über einen Verbindungsweg mit dem Reservoir verbunden ist und entlang ihrer Längsachse verschieblich gelagert ist. Die als Schreib- und/oder Markierungsspitze ausgebildete Spitze des Schreibgerätes wird zur Vereinfachung nachfolgend als Schreibspitze bezeichnet. Der Verbindungsweg verbindet über die Austrittsöffnung das Reservoir mit der Schreibspitze. Ferner ist in dem Schreibgerät ein Ventil vorgesehen, das in dem Flüssigkeitskanal angeordnet ist. Das Ventil wirkt mit der Schreibspitze derart zusammen, daß bei einer Kraft in Richtung Reservoir auf die Schreibspitze das Ventil den Flüssigkeitskanal öffnet. Bei geöffnetem Ventil ist der Verbindungsweg frei und Schreibflüssigkeit tritt aus dem Reservoir in die Schreibspitze ein. Die weitere Öffnung in dem Reservoir ist über eine Luftleitung mit der Umgebung verbunden. Durch das geöffnete Ventil in dem Verbindungsweg wird ein kontinuierlicher Fluß an Schreibflüssigkeit in die Schreibspitze sichergestellt. Die Luftleitung zur Verbindung mit der Umgebung, vermeidet, daß der Schreibfluß stockt, weil sich ein Unterdruck in dem Reservoir durch die austretende Schreibflüssigkeit gebildet hat. Ferner dient die Luftleitung auch zu einem Druckausgleich, wenn es beispielsweise durch Temperaturänderungen zu einer Volumenänderung in dem Reservoir kommt. Hierdurch ist das Schreibgerät im hohen Maße auslaufsicher. Die zum Öffnen des Ventils notwendige Kraft beträgt 0,05 N bis 5 N, bevorzugt 0,1 N bis 0,4 N. A spring 100 is fixedly arranged in a base plate 101 of the reservoir 103. The spring 100 abuts against a valve lifter 102, which cooperates sealingly with a valve seat 104. The side facing away from the valve seat 104 side is provided with recess 103, which keep the communication path for the writing fluid free. Valve seat 104 is also stationarily positioned relative to bottom member 101 and has an annular bead 105. Via a bellows 108, a flow restrictor 110 is slidably retained in stationary valve seat 104. The bladder 108 seals the transition into the flow restrictor by collecting ink in the bladder and from there into the flow restrictor. The flow restrictor 110 has a flow channel 1 12, which is dimensioned for the passage of writing fluid. The marker tip 114 attaches directly to the flow channel 112 of the flow restrictor 110.

Fig. 6 zeigt eine weitere Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Schreibgeräts im Querschnitt. Die Luftleitung 116 steht hierbei von dem unteren Ende in das Reservoir 112 vor. Der Luftkanal 118 ist über einen ringförmigen Spalt 120 mit der Umgebung verbunden. Der ringförmige Spalt wird nach außen durch einen ringförmigen Gehäuseabschnitt 122 begrenzt. Nach innen wird der ringförmige Spalt 120 durch die Faserspitze 124 begrenzt. Der besondere Vorteil ist hierbei darin zu sehen, daß etwaige in die Luftleitung und den Luftkanal 118 gelangende Schreibflüssigkeit beim Durchtritt durch den Luftspalt durch die Markerspitze 120 aufgesogen werden kann. Hierdurch wird ein unnötiger Austritt an Tinte vermieden.Fig. 6 shows a further embodiment of the writing instrument according to the invention in cross section. Die Ventilplatte 132 besitzt einen zentralen Halteabschnitt 134, in den die Faserspitze 124 eingesetzt ist. Die elastische Ventilplatte 132 wirkt mit einem Wulst 136 zusammen. Der Wulst ist ringförmig um einen Führungskanal 138 auf eine Ventilsitzplatte 140 ausgebildet. Der Führungskanal 138 dient zugleich als Führung für die Faserspitze 124. In der geöffneten Position, also der Position, in der eine einwärts gerichtete Kraft auf die Faserspitze 124 wirkt, wird die Ventilplatte 132 zurückgebogen und es bildet sich ein ringförmiger Spalt zwischen dem Wulst 136 und der Platte 132.The writing fluid 114 passes through an opening 126 in the channel-shaped Durchflußbegrenzer 128.
