Description

  • La présente invention concerne le domaine du conditionnement de produits tels que des lingettes humides, des pansements, des granulés ou des poudres.
  • Le principe général de tels conditionnements est connu par exemple par le brevet international PCT W09929589A2 décrivant un étui comprenant des moyens d'étanchéité et un dispositif d'ouverture disposé sur une face de l'étui. Le dispositif d'ouverture comprend un clapet d'ouverture prolongé par une bordure périphérique adhésive et entouré au moins en partie par une ligne d'affaiblissement. Cette ligne d'affaiblissement est une ligne courbe non fermée s'étendant, à chacune de ses extrémités, au voisinage du bord de l'étui sans venir en contact avec ledit bord. Une fenêtre permettant le retrait des lingettes est formée sur la face principale de l'étui, et est obturée de manière réversible par le clapet d'ouverture.
  • Le brevet international WO0149571A2 présente un sachet pour le conditionnement de lingettes, et notamment un étui destiné à contenir et distribuer des produits, par exemple des lingettes humides se présentant sensiblement sous forme de feuille pliée, disposés en pile à l'intérieur dudit étui. Cet étui présente de la même façon une ouverture sur laquelle est appliqué un volet assurant l'étanchéité avant la première ouverture.
  • Le problème qui se pose avec ses réalisations est que l'étanchéité de la fenêtre est assurée par le matériau prédécoupé qui constitue cette fenêtre et par l'adhésif qui colmate la ligne d'affaiblissement de cette fenêtre. En effet, le liquide ou les arômes peuvent s'évaporer par cette ligne d'affaiblissement et viennent polluer et altérer l'adhésif qui ne peut plus assurer totalement l'étanchéité, voire peut dénaturer le produit conditionné à l'intérieur.
  • À cet effet, l'invention vient remédier à ces problèmes et concerne selon son acception la plus générale un étui pour le conditionnement et la distribution de produits, notamment de granulés, de lingettes ou de poudres, formé par une enveloppe présentant sur sa face principale une fenêtre destinée à la présentation et au retrait des lingettes, et par un volet apte à recouvrir ladite fenêtre en position de fermeture, caractérisé en ce que la surface extérieure de la bordure périphérique de la fenêtre, ainsi que l'ouverture formée par la fenêtre sont revêtues par un opercule formé par une zone principale prolongée par une languette, la zone centrale étant solidarisée avec la bordure périphérique de la fenêtre, la languette n'étant pas solidarisée avec la surface extérieure de ladite enveloppe, et en ce que le volet est formé par une étiquette adhésive collée sur la face principale de l'enveloppe, y compris sur ledit opercule. Ainsi, l'étanchéité du système d'ouverture de l'étui est complètement assurée avant toute première ouverture et l'adhésif n'est jamais altéré ou pollué.
  • Selon un mode de mise en oeuvre préféré, l'étui selon la revendication principale est caractérisé en ce que l'opercule est réalisé à partir d'une matière compatible avec la matière du sachet où figure la fenêtre d'ouverture pour être soudé ou collé.
  • De préférence, la bordure périphérique présente une largeur comprise entre un et dix millimètres.
  • Avantageusement, la zone principale de l'opercule peut être solidarisée avec la face avant de l'enveloppe par soudure, mais elle pourrait également l'être par collage (dans ce cas, la zone de collage s'étendrait sur le bord de l'opercule sans jamais être en contact d'au moins 5 mm avec le contour de la fenêtre).
  • L'adhésif qui recouvre l'opercule est fixé à la surface du sachet par collage, soudure ou par une charnière.
  • Selon une variante préférée, l'opercule est pelable.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui suit, se référant de manière non limitative à un exemple de réalisation et aux dessins annexés où :
    • la figure 1 représente la vue de la face principale avant la pose de l'opercule,
    • la figure 2 représente la vue de la face principale après la pose de l'opercule,
    • la figure 3 représente la vue de la face principale après la pose de l'étiquette adhésive.
  • La figure 1 représente une vue de la face principale (1) de l'étui. L'étui est réalisé de façon connue par pliage d'une feuille ou par assemblage de plusieurs feuilles. L'invention n'est pas spécifique à un mode de réalisation ou à une configuration spécifique d'étui.
  • La face principale (1) présente une fenêtre (2) dont la forme et les dimensions sont adaptées pour permettre l'accès aux lingettes et leur retrait. L'application au conditionnement de lingettes ne constitue qu'un exemple de mise en oeuvre, et ce type d'étui peut également servir à conditionner d'autres produits tels que des pansements, granulés ou poudres.
  • La figure 2 représente la face avant en cours de fabrication de l'étui. Un opercule (3) est appliqué sur la face avant (1) pour recouvrir la fenêtre (2) et pour déborder de quelques millimètres, par exemple 5 millimètres autour de la fenêtre. L'opercule présente une zone principale (4) recouvrant la fenêtre (2) ainsi qu'une bordure périphérique (5). Cette zone principale (4) est prolongée par une languette (6) s'étendant radialement au bord de la zone centrale.
  • La zone principale (4) de l'opercule est soudée sur la surface de la face avant, et est donc solidarisée avec la face avant au niveau de la bordure périphérique (5). La languette, par contre, n'est pas solidaire de la face principale (1).
  • La face avant (1) et l'opercule sont réalisés dans matériau compatible pour scellage ou collage réversible, par exemple un film complexe présentant une surface en PET et un opercule constitué d'un PET pelable.
  • La figure 3 représente l'étui après la pose du volet de fermeture (7).
  • Ce volet (7) est réalisé en un film adhésif. Il est collé sur la face principale (1) et recouvre la fenêtre obturée par l'opercule (3), et notamment la languette (6).
  • Cette languette (6) est solidaire de la surface adhésive du volet (7). Lorsque l'utilisateur procède à une première ouverture de l'étui scellé, le volet (7) entraîne la languette (6) qui forme une sorte de « bras de levier » facilitant le descellement de l'opercule (3). L'opercule (3) reste collé au volet (7), et l'ouverture du volet (7) libère de ce fait la fenêtre (2).
  • Après l'utilisation, le volet (7) est à nouveau rabattu sur la face principale, et assure la fermeture relativement étanche de la fenêtre (2).
  • L'invention est décrite dans ce qui précède de manière non limitative. Elle peut être mise en oeuvre selon diverses variantes.
  • Ce système est valable pour différents types de sachets : sachets avec un ou plusieurs soufflets, soudés 3 et 4 côtés que les soudures soient longitudinales et/ou latérales.
  • Ce système est aussi valable pour différents types d'étiquettes et quels que soient leur taille ou leur mode de fixation sur le sachet (collage, soudure, charnière ...). La contrainte de la taille est qu'elle déborde d'au moins 5mm après l'opercule.
  • Concernant la languette qui prolonge l'opercule pour faire bras de levier, elle peut-être encollée d'une colle repositionnable complètement ou en partie afin de pouvoir fixer l'opercule pendant sa dépose en fabrication, c'est-à-dire avant qu'elle soit soudée.
  • Par ailleurs, l'opercule peut dépasser la fenêtre de 2 à 10 millimètres suivant le produit conditionné à l'intérieur. Cette distance se règle car on la détermine en fonction de la volatilité du produit pour éviter la pollution de l'adhésif (plus le produit est volatile plus on accroît la distance). Pour les poudres par exemple, la distance entre l'ouverture et l'adhésif doit être assez grande.
  • Concernant les matériaux, ils doivent être scellables de manière pelable entre eux entre l'opercule et le sachet. On peut par exemple sceller un opercule en PET pelable sur un film PET. On peut également appliquer un opercule pelable en PE ou OPP sur un film en OPP.

Claims (10)

  1. Étui pour le conditionnement et la distribution de produits, notamment de granulés, de lingettes, de pansements ou de poudres, formé par une enveloppe présentant sur sa face principale (1) une fenêtre (2) destinée à la présentation et au retrait des produits, et par un volet (7) apte à recouvrir ladite fenêtre en position de fermeture, caractérisé en ce que la surface extérieure de la bordure périphérique (5) de la fenêtre, ainsi que l'ouverture formée par la fenêtre sont revêtues par un opercule (3) formé par une zone principale (4) prolongée par une languette, la zone centrale étant solidarisée avec la bordure périphérique de la fenêtre, la languette (6) n'étant pas solidarisée avec la surface extérieure de ladite enveloppe, et en ce que le volet (7) est formé par une étiquette adhésive collée sur la face principale de l'enveloppe, y compris sur ledit opercule (3).
  2. Étui selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (3) est réalisé dans une matière compatible avec la face principale (1) de l'enveloppe de manière à assurer entre les deux surfaces (extérieure pour l'enveloppe, intérieure pour l'opercule) une soudure pelable ou un collage réversible.
  3. Étui selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bordure périphérique (5) présente une largeur comprise entre un et dix millimètres.
  4. Étui selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone principale (4) de l'opercule (3) est solidarisée avec la face avant de l'enveloppe par soudure.
  5. Étui selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (3) est pelable.
  6. Étui selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (3) est collé sur l'extrémité de sa surface intérieure sans que jamais la colle ne soit en contact direct avec le contour de la fenêtre.
  7. Étui selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est soudé sur trois côtés au moins.
  8. Étui selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un soufflet.
  9. Étui selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif qui recouvre l'opercule (3) est fixé à la surface du sachet par collage, soudure ou par une charnière.
  10. Étui selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif couvrant l'opercule (3) est dans le prolongement de la partie arrière du sachet muni d'un adhésif double face.
