Description

The present invention relates to a blister pack assembly according to the preamble of patent claim 1. A blister pack assembly having these features is disclosed in the document WO-A-03 068 137 disclosed.

Blister packs containing dragees in designated pockets are known. In this case, on the surface of a sealing foil closing the pockets, individual conductor tracks usually run over the regions of the pockets, so that they are interrupted when a dragee is removed from the pockets of the blister pack. A blister pack assembly of the type mentioned above comprises a receiving device for the blister pack, which has an electronic unit which determines and stores the interruption for detecting the withdrawal of medication. For example, such a blister pack arrangement goes out of the EP 0 180 073 Al out.

The object of the present invention is to design a blister pack arrangement for a blister pack whose sealing film does not have any individual conductor tracks in such a way that a simple removal of dragees from the pockets of the blister pack and a simultaneous severing of the individual conductor track assigned to the pocket of a conductor carrier part are ensured ,

This object is achieved by a blister pack assembly having the features of claim 1.

The essential advantage of the present invention is that those areas of a conductor carrier carrier part associated with the blister pack, which cover the pockets of a blister pack and over which the individual conductor tracks run, are each separated from the conductor carrier member by a punching line surrounding the pocket in an annular manner. This ensures that the dragees are particularly simple and precisely defined removed.

Characterized in that at least two web portions are provided, via which the separated by the punching line of the conductor track portion (hereinafter referred to as cover) is connected to the conductor support member, advantageously a very targeted and defined unfolding of the cover when removing a dragee from the the covering associated pocket and a secure separation of the associated individual trace ensured. Advantageously, the conductor track guidance via the cover depending on the desired Aufklappungsparametern for overlapping individually via the at least two web portions or only one of the two web parts done, it being ensured in each case that the corresponding individual trace is severed at each dragee removal.

Further developments of the invention

The following considerations led to the invention: If a commercially available blister pack, which has no individual interconnects running over the regions of the sealing film assigned to its pockets, should be provided with interconnects for said regions of the sealing film, wherein via the Covering the individual traces run, it should be ensured that the usual removal of a dragee from a bag with the opening of the area of the sealing film of the blister pack at the same time clean and easy as well as defined above the area Covering of the conductor carrier part is separated from the conductor carrier part out. Only then is a simple and clean dragee extraction ensured. In this context, for the first time, the idea was taken to separate the covering by a punching line from the remaining region of the conductor carrier part in such a way that it could be applied from the side of the bag to the coated tablet and from the coated tablet to the sealing film and Overlap pressure exerted out of the conductor support member is detachable. If one provides such a cover separated by a punching line from the conductor carrier part coverage, care must be taken that, on the one hand, a conductor track from the conductor carrier part over the covering is possible and, on the other hand, when separating out the cover when removing a tablet, it is ensured that the individual Track is interrupted. For this purpose, the invention proposes to connect the cover over at least two web parts with the conductor track carrier part, wherein said web parts interrupt the punching line. In this case, the at least two web portions along the course of the annular punching line are to be arranged so that in a dragee removal in any case one of the web parts is severed. When severing exactly this web part, the bag assigned individual trace must also be severed and electrically interrupted.

Die einzelnen Becher bzw. Taschen zur Aufnahme von Arzneimitteln bzw. Dragees 2 sind mit 3 bezeichnet.FIGS. 1 and 2 show a blister pack 1 known per se, FIG. 2 showing a plan view of the blister pack 1 on the side of the deep-drawing film 14 and FIG. 1 a side view of the blister pack 1. The individual cups or pockets for holding medicaments or dragees 2 are designated 3.

According to FIG. 1 a, a conductor carrier part 10 to be connected to the blister pack 1 comprises at its end Blister pack 1 side facing an adhesive layer 11 for bonding the conductor carrier member 10 with the blister pack 1 and on the side facing away from the blister pack 1 connection pads 51, 54 an interface 5, which upon insertion of the conductor track member 10 in a receiving device 40 with a receiving device 40 arranged in the electronic unit (not labeled) are electrically connected. In the figure 7, this receiving device 40 is shown. In a manner known per se, from each individual connection pad 51, an individual conductor 52 runs on the surface of the conductor carrier part 10 via a pocket 3 of the blister pack 1, containing a dragee 2 when the blister pack is applied, to form a common conductor 53, which in turn is connected to a common connection pad 54 connected to the interface 5. A display for displaying the dragee withdrawals data is designated 45.

Each pocket 3 of the blister pack 1 is associated with an opening 4 of the conductor support member 10, wherein at a dragee removal by the exercise of pressure against a dragee 2 containing pocket 3 of the blister pack 1, the sealing film 13 is severed and the dragee through the opening 4 of the conductor track carrier part 10 is pressed through. FIG. 3 shows the conductor carrier part 10 of the side facing the blister pack 1, wherein, however, the blister pack 1 has not yet been arranged or fastened to the conductor carrier carrier part 10. FIG. 4 shows a corresponding view of the conductor carrier part 10, but with the blister pack 1 already connected to the conductor carrier part 10.

According to the invention the opening 4 for dragee removal is formed by the fact that in the conductor carrier member 10, an annular closed punching line 41 is introduced, each separates that region from the conductor carrier part 10 which covers the region of an associated pocket 3 of the blister pack 1. In the following, therefore, the separated by the punching line 41 from the conductor carrier part 10 area is referred to as cover 30. Therefore, if a pressure against the conductor carrier part 10 is exerted during a dragee removal, the corresponding cover 30 is pushed out of the conductor carrier part 10 to form the opening 4 because of the punching line 41.

Die Figur 5 zeigt eine Ansicht auf das Leiterbahnträgerteil 10 von der der damit verbunden Blisterpackung 1 abgewandten Seite her.FIG. 5 shows a view of the conductor carrier part 10 from the side facing away from the blister pack 1 connected thereto.

Die Anschlusskontaktflecken 51, 54 der Schnittstelle 5 sind ausgespart, um eine sichere Kontaktgabe zu Aufnahmeeinrichtung 40 zu ermöglichen.FIG. 6 shows that a protective layer 12 which covers at least the outer surface of the individual printed conductors 52 and the common printed conductor 53 in a protective manner can be applied to the surface of the printed conductor carrier part 10 facing away from the blister pack 1. The connection pads 51, 54 of the interface 5 are recessed to allow secure contact to receptacle 40.

According to the invention, the coverings 30 are each connected via at least two web parts 42, 43 to the conductor track carrier part 10, wherein each web part 42, 43 constitutes an interruption of the stamped line 41, as can be seen in particular from FIG.

The web portions 42, 43 are distributed over the circumference of the punching line 41 that a dragee removal is only possible so that at least one web portion 42 or 43 severed and the cover 30 is lifted out of the plane of the conductor support member 10, which is not severed Web portion 43 or 42 can serve as a hinge axis when pivoting the cover 30.

Vorzugsweise verläuft die individuelle Leiterbahn 52 entlang der Längsmittellinie L der Überdeckung-30.In connection with FIGS. 9 to 11, exemplary and particularly preferred arrangements of the web portions 42, 43 in the punching line 41 will now be explained. According to FIG. 9, the web parts 42, 43 are arranged opposite one another in the direction of the longer extension (longitudinal direction) of the covering 30 in the punching line 41, so that at least one of these web parts or both web parts is necessarily severed during a removal of the tablet. In this case, the individual trace 52 extends longitudinally over the overlay 30 and over the bridge portions 42 and 43. Preferably, the individual trace 52 extends along the longitudinal centerline L of the overlay-30.

According to FIG. 10, a web part 43, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the cover 30, is arranged approximately centrally in a longitudinally extending region of the stamped line 41 at one end of the cover 30 and a further web part 42, wherein the individual printed conductor 52 runs over both web parts 42, 43 , In this case, a web part 43 is preferably arranged outside the longitudinal center line L of the cover 30. The further web part 42 is preferably located on the side of the longitudinal center line L facing away from the one web part 43, in particular outside the transverse center line Q of the cover 30. The individual printed conductor 52 can extend over the cover 30 in any desired form.

According to FIG. 11, the one web part 43 is again in the direction of the longitudinal center line L at one end of the punching line 41. The other web part 42 is relatively wide and is located approximately on the axis of the transverse center line Q. The individual printed conductor 52 runs In this case, coming from the conductor support member 10 forth on the web portion 42 on the cover 30, there forms a loop and extends from the cover 30 via the web portion 42 back to the conductor support member 10. In a dragee withdrawal, the cover 30 is opened in each case in that the web part 42 and the overlying conductor track 52 are interrupted.

Die Figur 8 zeigt beispielhaft alle drei Ausführungsformen der Figuren 9 bis 11 in einem die individuellen Leiterbahnen 52, die gemeinsame Leiterbahn 53 und die Anschlusskontaktflecken 51, 54 der Schnittstelle 5 umfassenden Leiterbahnmuster.FIG. 8 shows by way of example all three embodiments of FIGS. 9 to 11 in a conductor track pattern comprising the individual conductor tracks 52, the common conductor track 53 and the connection pads 51, 54 of the interface 5.

In the second part 63 insertion openings 62 are arranged, which are aligned with the punching lines 41 when the parts 10 and 63 along the fold line 61 are folded like a book. To produce the present blister pack assembly 10, a blister pack 1 is placed on the second part 63 so that its pockets 3 engage in the insertion openings 62 of the part 63, at the same time the blister pack 1 is aligned in the required manner to the part 63 and also to the Leiterbahnträgerteilteil 10 , Thereafter, the parts 10 and 63 are like a book folded around the fold line 61 and connected to each other, preferably glued together. The blister pack 1 is then in the exact right position between the parts 10 and 63. The parts 10 and 63 are preferably sized so that they survive on all sides of the blister pack 1, wherein the protruding edge regions of the parts 10 and 63 fixed are glued together, so that a separation and removal of the blister pack 1 is not possible.

It should be noted that instead of the plurality of individual insertion openings 62, a single insertion opening 62 'can be provided, which can accommodate all pockets of the blister pack 1 at the same time.

Figures 12 to 14 show a view of the support member 60 from the inside, wherein according to Figure 13, the blister pack 1 is being used and is already used according to Figure 14. FIG. 15 shows the part 63 with the blister pack 1 inserted from the outside and FIG. 16 shows a view of the carrier part 10 from the outside.

In the following, a further embodiment of the invention will be explained in connection with FIGS. 17a to 17c. Details of Figures 17a to 17c, already explained in connection with the preceding figures, are designated in the corresponding manner, but with the respective reference numerals a "'" is added.

Figures 17d and 17e show a modification of the conductor carrier part 10 ', in which on the dielectric layer 64', an adhesive layer 66 'is applied, which is covered by a release liner 65'. The peel-off film 65 'according to FIG. 17d preferably projects beyond the adhesive layer 66' on one side, so that a region is formed which can be grasped manually for peeling off the peel-off film 65 'from the adhesive layer 66'. After peeling off the peel-off film 65 ', the then exposed adhesive layer 66' can be simply connected to the blister pack 1 by pressing against the sealing film 13 'of the blister pack 1'.

It is also conceivable to form the electrically insulating layer 64 'simultaneously as an adhesive layer so that it can be connected directly to the sealing film 13' of the blister pack 1 '.

It should be noted that the embodiments of the carrier parts 10 'of FIGS. 17b to 17e may also be part of a book-type carrier device explained in conjunction with FIGS. 12 to 16.
