Abstract

Eine Zwillingseinheit (1) enthält zwei Streckwerke (2) zum Verziehen von Faserverbänden (4,5) und ist in einer Spinnmaschine einsetzbar. Die Zwillingseinheit (1) enthält einen gemeinsamen Rahmen (3) für die beiden antreibbaren Streckwerke (2), wobei der Rahmen (3) lösbar in einem Maschinengestell (6) angebracht ist. Die Streckwerke enthalten mehrere antreibbare Unterwalzen (9-16) und sind im Wesentlichen spiegelsymmetrisch zueinander angeordnet. Jede Unterwalze (9-16) weist einen den Faserverband verziehenden Bereich auf und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Lagerstellen (34,35) aufweist. Die beiden Lagerstellen (34,35) jeder Unterwalze sind auf beiden Seiten des den Faserverband verziehenden Bereiches angeordnet. Bei einer Variante kann vorgesehen sein, dass wenigstens zwei gegenüberliegende Unterwalzen ein Unterwalzenpaar bilden, bei denen die der Symmetrieebene (40) der Zwillingseinheit gewandten Lagerstellen (35) in einer gemeinsamen Lageraufnahme (38) aufgenommen sind. Außerdem kann vorgesehen sein, dass einem Unterwalzenpaar eine als Druckwalzenzwilling (41) ausgebildete Oberwalze zugeordnet ist.

The drafting systems contain a plurality of drivable lower rollers (9-16) and are arranged substantially mirror-symmetrical to each other. Each lower roller (9-16) has a fiber-string tightening portion and is characterized by having two bearings (34, 35). The two bearing points (34,35) of each lower roller are arranged on both sides of the fiber dressing warping area. In a variant, it can be provided that at least two opposing lower rollers form a lower roller pair, in which the bearing points (35) facing the plane of symmetry (40) of the twin unit are accommodated in a common bearing receptacle (38). In addition, it may be provided that a lower roller pair is assigned a top roller formed as a pressure roller twin (41).
