- Machine d'impression Offset à bobine comportant au moins une unité d'impression formée d'un premier groupe d'impression composé d'un premier cylindre porte-plaques (10) et d'un premier cylindre de blanchet (2) ainsi qu'un second groupe d'impression comprenant un second cylindre porte-plaques (11) et un second cylindre de blanchet (13) pour imprimer les deux faces d'une bande de matière d'impression (1) passant entre les cylindres de blanchet (2, 3),- les cylindres porte-plaques (2, 3) étant munis chacun d'une plaque de longueur finie dont les extrémités sont fixées dans des fentes de serrage (12, 13) du cylindre porte-plaques (10, 11) et- un blanchet tubulaire (4, 6) est emmanché axialement sur les cylindres de blanchet (2, 3) et- les cylindres de blanchet (2, 3) ont une périphérie double et les cylindre porte-plaques (10, 11) ont une périphérie simple,- la longueur des cylindres (2, 3, 10, 11) étant supérieur à 1400 mm et- le diamètre des cylindres (2, 3, 10, 11) dans la direction axiale est identique,
caractérisée en ce que- le diamètre des blanchets tubulaires (4, 6) dans la direction axiale est identique- les blanchets tubulaires (4, 6) comportent chacun un manchon de support, métallique, expansé par de l'air, plusieurs couches de caoutchouc appliquées sur le manchon de support et parmi celles-ci une couche de caoutchouc est compressible et une surface d'impression (5) réalisée sous la forme d'une couche séparée constituant la surface extérieure du blanchet et- l'épaisseur et la rigidité des couches en caoutchouc du blanchet tubulaire (4, 6) sont identiques dans la direction axiale. - Machine d'impression rotative Offset à bobine comportant au moins une unité d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
un cylindre de blanchet (3) est entraîné par un moteur (7) et par sa denture frontale, il entraîne le cylindre porte-plaque (11) associé. - Machine d'impression rotative Offset à bobine comportant au moins une unité d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
les cylindres de blanchet (2, 3) ont un refroidissement intérieur. - Machine d'impression rotative Offset à bobine comportant au moins une unité d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
la couche de caoutchouc (5) d'un blanchet tubulaire (4) présente un intervalle dans la direction axiale et
le cylindre de blanchet (2) comporte un marquage de registre périphérique par rapport auquel se positionne le blanchet tubulaire (4) après avoir été emmanché sur le cylindre de blanchet (2), en étant mis en correspondance de registre dans la direction périphérique. - Machine d'impression rotative Offset à bobine comportant au moins une unité d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
chaque cylindre de blanchet (2, 3) est relié à un moteur distinct (7) et chaque fois le cylindre porte-plaque (13, 11) correspondant est entrainé par le cylindre porte blanchet (2, 3) associé par une denture frontale et un encrier (16, 14) et un dispositif de mouillage (17, 15) sont associes à chaque cylindre porte-plaques (10, 11).
