Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour fabriquer des veines continues ayant des modèles désirés et traversant l'épaisseur totale des produits, comprenant :- une cartouche de contrôle de distribution de matériau (1) remplissant la fonction consistant à réaliser l'agencement d'une succession de matériaux, la quantité adéquate de matériaux, et une position dans laquelle les matériaux sont libérés selon les modèles prédéterminés, dans lequel la cartouche de contrôle de distribution de matériau se compose de tubes (12) qui sont utilisés en tant que récipients pour contenir les matériaux, et chaque tube (12) est monté avec des soupapes d'ouverture-fermeture (14) à travers lesquelles les matériaux sont distribués à une courroie d'agencement (11) installée au-dessous de la cartouche de contrôle de distribution de matériau (1) ;- une cartouche verticale de distribution-réception de matériau (2), installée dans la position d'extrémité la plus éloignée sous la courroie d'agencement (11) qui remplit la fonction consistant à recevoir les matériaux provenant de la courroie d'agencement (11) et crée ensuite un chevauchement des matériaux pour former des modèles, se composant d'une unité de réception de matériau (20) qui a une première ouverture (21) avec un premier volet d'ouverture-fermeture (24), une seconde ouverture (22) avec un second volet d'ouverture-fermeture (25) installés respectivement, pour distribuer les matériaux sur une courroie transporteuse (23) positionnée au-dessous de la cartouche verticale de distribution-réception de matériau (2) ;caractérisé en ce que :- on trouve une cartouche horizontale de distribution-réception de matériau (3) positionnée sur la courroie transporteuse (23), ladite cartouche se composant d'une feuille de recouvrement (30) qui a une première sortie (31) installée avec un élément d'ouverture-fermeture (33) et à l'embouchure d'une seconde sortie (32), on positionne un volet d'ouverture-fermeture et de retrait de matériau en excès (34), et au plafond de la feuille de recouvrement (30), on positionne une feuille de pression (35), et- dans lequel la cartouche verticale de distribution - réception de matériau (2) peut tourner sur un angle de 90 degrés autour d'un axe perpendiculaire au plan de l'unité de réception de matériau (20) et est adaptée pour distribuer perpendiculairement les matériaux sur la courroie transporteuse (23).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la cartouche de contrôle de distribution de matériau (1) comprend une pluralité de tubes (12) qui sont fixes mais mobiles d'avant en arrière avec la course de déplacement dans la direction horizontale perpendiculaire au déplacement de la courroie d'agencement (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les soupapes d'ouverture-fermeture (14) installées à l'extrémité des tubes (12) peuvent contrôler l'espace d'ouverture-fermeture de manière continue et précise à partir d'un millimètre vers le haut.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la cartouche verticale de distribution-réception de matériau (2) peut tourner librement avec un mouvement de va et vient, ayant son pivot au niveau du point central de l'unité de réception de matériau (20) et son essieu rotatif perpendiculaire au plan de l'unité de réception de matériau (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la cartouche horizontale de distribution - réception de matériau (3) est installée avec une feuille de pression (35) qui peut être comprimée vers le bas afin de réaliser un angle élevé compris entre 0-0,5 degrés avec le plan de la courroie transporteuse dans la direction opposée au déplacement des matériaux.
- Procédé pour fabriquer des veines continues ayant des modèles prédéterminés s'étendant dans l'épaisseur totale des produits obtenus en comprimant des matériaux en poudre ou des poudres granulaires qui ont la qualité d'un écoulement continu, en utilisant un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :- agencer les matériaux sur une courroie d'agencement (11) en libérant les matériaux d'une cartouche de distribution de matériau (1) qui effectue un mouvement de va et vient au-dessus de la courroie d'agencement (11), sur la courroie d'agencement (11) qui avance afin d'agencer la succession de matériaux, la quantité adéquate de matériaux et la position dans laquelle les matériaux sont libérés sur la cartouche verticale de distribution-réception de matériau (2) selon les modèles désirés ;- créer une masse de matériaux modelés en permettant aux matériaux de tomber afin de former des modèles en couche à l'intérieur d'une unité de réception de matériau (20) d'une cartouche verticale de distribution-réception de matériau (2) pour former des modèles selon la succession, la quantité et la position qui ont été prédéterminées ;- fermer l'unité de réception de matériau (20) après le remplissage avec les matériaux selon les modèles désirés au moyen du premier volet d'ouverture-fermeture (24) afin de maintenir les modèles et empêcher les fuites des matériaux contenus à l'intérieur de l'unité de réception de matériau (20),- faire tourner la cartouche verticale de distribution-réception de matériau (2) autour d'un axe perpendiculaire au plan de l'unité de réception de matériau (20) et le transfert perpendiculaire des matériaux modelés sur une courroie transporteuse (23) qui avance afin de transférer lesdits matériaux sur une cartouche horizontale de distribution-réception de matériau (3) ;- repositionner la masse de matériaux modelés sur la cartouche horizontale de distribution-réception de matériau (3) en ouvrant le second volet d'ouverture-fermeture (25) pour permettre l'écoulement du matériau sur la courroie transporteuse (23) ;- fermer l'élément d'ouverture-fermeture (33) après le déplacement des matériaux modelés à l'intérieur de la feuille de recouvrement (30) et ensuite le déplacement des matériaux modelés vers la machine de pression afin d'être distribués sur le moule de pressage ;- et repositionner les matériaux modelés dans un moule dans lequel les matériaux modelés sont comprimés par une feuille de pression (35) afin de protéger les matériaux en poudre contre la dispersion, et ensuite les matériaux modelés continuent de se déplacer vers le moule.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel une feuille de pression (35) comprime les matériaux alors que les matériaux se déplacent vers le moule, et lorsque les matériaux se déplacent dans la position du moule, la feuille de pression continue alors à comprimer les matériaux conjointement au mouvement descendant d'un levage inférieur de la machine de pression afin de recevoir les matériaux.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel la cartouche horizontale de distribution-réception de matériau (3) au niveau de l'élément d'ouverture-fermeture (33) pour recevoir les matériaux est fermée et le volet d'ouverture-fermeture et de retrait de matériau en excès (34) reste ouvert alors que la cartouche horizontale de distribution-réception de matériau (3) se déplace pour amener les matériaux vers le moule ; et lorsque la cartouche horizontale de distribution-réception de matériau (3) se déplace dans la position qui correspond à la position du moule, le volet d'ouverture-fermeture et de retrait de matériau en excès (34) se ferme conjointement au mouvement descendant du levage inférieur du moule afin de recevoir les matériaux et ensuite le volet d'ouverture-fermeture et de retrait de matériau en excès (34) retire les matériaux en excès au niveau de la partie avant, avant que la cartouche horizontale de distribution-réception de matériau (3) ne recule et que le procédé de pressage ne démarre.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel les matériaux pour réaliser des modèles sont des substances organiques qui possèdent un écoulement uniforme.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel les matériaux pour réaliser des modèles sont des substances inorganiques qui possèdent un écoulement uniforme.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, dans lequel une feuille de pression (35) de la cartouche horizontale de distribution-réception de matériau (3) est comprimée vers le bas afin de réaliser un angle élevé compris entre 0-0,5 degrés avec le plan de la courroie transporteuse dans la direction opposée au déplacement des matériaux.
