Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Bestimmen wenigstens eines Parameters zur Steuerung eines Schmelz- und Gießvorgangs der Feingießtechnik mittels einer Rechnereinheit RE. Zunächst werden wenigstens die Hauptbestandteile und deren relativen Anteile einer als Schmelzgut zu verwendenden Legierung eingelesen (SA). Sodann erfolgt ein Vergleich wenigstens der Hauptbestandteile und deren relativen Anteile der zu verwendenden Legierung mit dem jeweiligen in einer - mit der Rechnereinheit RE gekoppelten - Datenbank DB2 gespeicherten Bestandteilen und deren relativen Anteilen von Vergleichslegierungen Leg.1, Leg.2, Leg.3, ... Anschließend wir diejenige Vergleichslegierung bestimmt und ausgewählt, welche den größten Übereinstimmungsgrad hinsichtlich deren Bestandteile und deren relativen Anteile aufweist, die sodann mittels eines aussagekräftigen Parameters Leg.X ausgegeben wird.
