Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fluid dispenser device, and more particularly to such a device comprising a pump. Fluid dispensing devices are well known in the state of the art. They are used in particular for dispensing fluid products, for example liquid, pasty, gaseous or powdery, from a reservoir by means of a dispensing member such as a pump or a valve.
This dispenser member is generally attached to the reservoir by means of a fastener, for example a snap ring or the like. To ensure the seal of this fastener, a neck gasket is generally disposed between the upper edge of the neck of the tank and the fixing element, this neck gasket being generally made of elastomeric material to ensure this seal.
To ensure a good seal, the seal must not be too compressed or too little, and in particular in the context of a snap-fastening ring, there may be sealing problems, for example because of the tolerances of the seal. manufacture, that is to say, dimensional and / or geometric variations of the various component parts of the device, and in particular the neck of the reservoir.
Comme visible sur les figures, la bride radialeIn addition, the use of a snap ring and a conventional neck seal does not allow the device to be adapted to different configurations or topographies of tank neck, and therefore involves making a specific device for each type of neck. tank collar. The present invention aims to provide a fluid dispensing device that does not reproduce the aforementioned drawbacks. More particularly, the present invention aims to provide a fluid dispenser device which provides a perfect seal at the fastening of the dispenser member on the neck of the tank, and regardless of possible manufacturing tolerances of different component parts of the device. Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for distributing fluid product which seals while adapting to different reservoir neck topographies, without having to modify the constituent elements of the invention. Another object of the present invention is to provide a fluid dispenser device which is simple and inexpensive to produce. manufacture and assemble. The present invention therefore relates to a fluid dispenser device comprising a dispensing member, such as a pump or a valve, a fluid reservoir and a fastener adapted to fix said dispensing member on a neck of said tank, a turret being disposed between said body of the dispensing member and said fixing member, said turret comprising a deformable radial flange, said deformable radial flange having deformable sealing means projecting from said radial flange, said radial flange being, after assembly, deformed and sealingly cooperating with the upper edge of the neck of the tank, and said sealing means being, after assembly, deformed and sealingly cooperating with said fixing element. Advantageously, said turret is fixed on the one hand to said body of the dispensing member and on the other hand to said fastening element, in particular by snapping. Advantageously, before assembly, said radial flange is bent upwards. Advantageously, after assembly, said radial flange is flattened between the neck of the reservoir and the fixing element. Advantageously, said radial flange comprises two projections forming said deformable sealing means, said projections extending, before assembly, axially and parallel to each other. Advantageously, after assembly, the two projections form an angle relative to each other. Advantageously, said fixing element comprises a roughly conical profile, said deformable sealing means of said turret cooperating in the assembled state with said approximately conical profile. Advantageously, after assembly, the two projections cooperate sealingly with said approximately conical profile, the tip of the cone being disposed between said two projections. Advantageously, said dispensing member is a pump comprising a pump body and an actuating rod integral with a piston and movable relative to said pump body, said turret cooperating sealingly with said actuating rod. Advantageously, said fixing element comprises fastening means, in particular latching means, for fastening, in particular snapping, on the neck of the reservoir. Advantageously, the deformable radial flange of the turret forms at least one sealing zone with the neck of the reservoir and at least two sealing zones with the fastening element. Advantageously, the deformable radial flange of the turret forms a single sealing zone with the neck of the reservoir and three sealing zones with the fastening element. Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear more clearly in the following detailed description given with reference to the accompanying drawings, given as non-limiting examples, and in which: - Figure 1 is a schematic sectional view; cross section of a portion of a fluid dispenser device prior to assembly on a reservoir; - Figure 2 is a view similar to that of Figure 1, showing an assembled position on a first type of tank neck; and - Figure 3 is a view similar to that of Figure 2, showing an assembly on another type of tank neck. With reference to the figures, the fluid dispenser device of the invention comprises a dispensing member 10, which in the example shown is a pump 10, but which could of course also be made in the form of a valve. The pump 10 comprises a pump body 11 in which slides an actuating rod 12 integral with a piston 13, but it is understood that the structure and operation of the pump could be any, this structure and operation not directly involved in the present invention. The pump will therefore not be more fully described below, and the example shown in the drawings is given for illustrative but not limiting for the invention. Conventionally, there is provided a fastening element 20 for fixing the pump 10 on the reservoir 30, as can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3. This fastening element 20 can be made in the form of a snap ring comprising means fastening 21 made in the form of a detent profile for snapping on the neck 35 of the reservoir 30, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, which show the device in the assembled position. This snap-fitting profile 21 may be made by an elastically deformable structure, but any other snap-fastening structure is conceivable, for example snap-fastening tabs. Similarly, the fastener 20 is not required a snap ring but could be carried out in any desired manner, for example in the form of a screwable ring, crimpable or the like. According to the invention, a turret 40 is interposed between the fixing element 20 and the pump body 11. This turret 40 can in particular be snapped onto the upper edge of the pump body 11, the fastening element 20 then being even snapped onto said turret, as shown in the figures. Other means of fixing the turret 40 to the pump body 11 and the fastening element 20 to the turret 40 are of course conceivable. The turret comprises a deformable radial flange 45 which extends between the upper edge of the tank neck 30 and an approximately radial portion of the fastening element 20. This radial flange 45 of the turret 40 is intended, after assembly, to seal at the level of the attachment on the neck 35 of the tank. It therefore replaces the usual neck seal, and preferably this radial flange is made of a material suitable for sealing, for example an elastomeric material. As visible in the figures, the radial flange
Un avantage particulier de la présente invention est qu'il garantit une45 comprises deformable sealing means 46, 47 which project to from said radial flange, and which after assembly cooperate sealingly with the fixing element 20. Thus, the radial flange 45 itself forms the seal with the upper edge of the neck 35 of the tank 30 and the means of sealing deformables 46, 47 form the seal with the fastening element 20. Advantageously, the radial flange 45, before assembly, is curved upwards, as can be seen in FIG. 1. This particular structure allows the device of the invention to be able not only to compensate manufacturing tolerances of the various constituent elements of the device, but also to adapt to different tank neck configurations as particularly visible in Figures 2 and 3. Indeed, the curved shape of the radial flange 45 makes it possible to adapt to dimensional variations during assembly, this compensation for dimensional variations being not only obtained by the Deformable aract of the material itself, but especially by the curved structure of the radial flange 45. Referring to Figures 2 and 3, we see that in Figure 2, the neck 35 of the reservoir has an axial dimension less than the neck shown in Figure 3. The assembled position shown in Figure 2 shows a radial flange 45 which is flattened between the upper edge of the neck 35 and the fastener 20 as compared to the original shape shown in Figure 1, but the flange radial is not completely flat, which shows that there is still some margin in the example of Figure 2. In contrast, in the example of Figure 3, in which the size of the neck 35 is greater, the snap-fastening of the fastening element 20 on the neck of the reservoir causes a total flattening of the radial flange 45, as clearly shown in this figure. The deformable sealing means 46, 47 are preferably made in the form of two projections which, in the position before assembly, advantageously extend axially and parallel to one another. The fastening element 20 advantageously comprises an approximately conical profile intended to cooperate with these two projections 46, 47 of the turret 40. As can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, this approximately conical profile of the fastener element 20 comes between said projections 46, 47 during assembly and spreads them so that these two projections 46, 47 will form an angle relative to each other in the assembled position. The tip of the cone of the approximately conical profile 25 is then placed between these two projections and the seal is thus ensured on both sides of said tip of the cone. Again, FIGS. 2 and 3 show that this structure also makes it possible to adapt to variable latching dimensions, the cone 25 of the fastening element penetrating more or less between the two projections 46, 47, depending on the dimension the neck of the tank. A particular advantage of the present invention is that it guarantees a
En effet, la forme recourbée de la bride radiale 45 garantit au moins une zone d'étanchéité entre la bride radiale 45 et le10 even when the radial flange 45 is not completely flattened between the fastening element and the upper edge of the neck of the reservoir (that is to say in the position of Figure 2, where it is found that the flange radial is still slightly bent even after assembly). Indeed, the curved shape of the radial flange 45 ensures at least one sealing zone between the radial flange 45 and the
Dans l'exemple représenté sur les dessins, et notamment sur la figure 2, la bride radiale15 upper edge of the neck of the reservoir and at least two sealing zones, preferably three, between said radial flange and the fixing element 20. In the example shown in the drawings, and in particular in FIG. radial
«.s 45 forme trois points d'étanchéité avec l'élément de fixation 20, à savoir les deux projections 46, 47 et l'extrémité radiale externe de la bride radiale 45 qui coopère".S 45 forms three sealing points with the fastening element 20, namely the two projections 46, 47 and the radial outer end of the radial flange 45 which cooperates with
Advantageously, the turret 40 also cooperates sealingly with the actuating rod 12 of the pump so that the turret 40 ensures a safe and reliable operation and waterproof distribution device as a whole.
La présente invention permet donc de réaliser de manière simple et peu coûteuseThe present invention thus makes it possible to produce a dispensing device which makes it possible to adapt to different tank neck shapes and topographies, as well as to compensate for manufacturing tolerances, which avoids having to modify the device while guaranteeing waterproofness in all situations. The present invention therefore makes it possible to achieve a simple and inexpensive way
