Abstract

Bereitgestellt wird ein Verfahren zur Reinigung und Trocknung von Reinigungsgut durch nachstehende Verfahrensschritte:
a) Einbringen des Reinigungsguts in eine Behandlungskammer (1);
b) gegebenenfalls Evakuieren der Behandlungskammer (1);
c) Einbringen einer Reinigungsemulsion in die Behandlungskammer (1);
d) Behandeln des Reinigungsguts innerhalb der Behandlungskammer (1) mit der Reinigungsemulsion;
e) Ablassen der Reinigungsemulsion aus der Behandlungskammer (1);
f) Einbringen mindestens eines oder mehrerer Lösemittel in die Behandlungskammer (1), wobei mindestens eines davon mit Wasser in der Siedekurve ein azeotropes Minimum bildet und sich bei Normtemperatur und Normdruck mit Wasser im Wesentlichen nicht mischt;
g) Behandeln des Reinigungsguts innerhalb der Behandlungskammer (1) mit dem Lösemittel;
h) schlagartige Druckminderung in der Behandlungskammer (1) zur Verdampfung eines Azeotrops von Wasser und Lösemittel;
i) Ablassen des Lösemittels aus der Behandlungskammer (1);
j) Vakuumtrocknen des Reinigungsgutes in der Behandlungskammer (1);
k) Entlasten der Behandlungskammer (1) auf Normdruck und Entnahme des trockenen Reinigungsguts.

Provided is a method for cleaning and drying of items to be cleaned by the following method steps:

d) treating the cleaning material within the treatment chamber (1) with the cleaning emulsion;
e) discharging the cleaning emulsion from the treatment chamber (1);
f) introducing at least one or more solvents into the treatment chamber (1), at least one of which forms an azeotropic minimum with water in the boiling curve and does not mix substantially with water at standard temperature and pressure;
g) treating the cleaning product within the treatment chamber (1) with the solvent;
h) abrupt pressure reduction in the treatment chamber (1) for evaporation of an azeotrope of water and solvent;
i) discharging the solvent from the treatment chamber (1);
j) vacuum drying the items to be cleaned in the treatment chamber (1);
k) relieving the treatment chamber (1) to standard pressure and removal of the dry cleaning product.
