Abstract

La présente invention concerne une tourelle (401) et un procédé pour amarrer une installation flottante à l’aide de la tourelle. Claims (14)

  1. Tourelle (401) pour amarrage avec tourelle d'un navire flottant, la tourelle (401) pouvant pivoter par rapport au navire autour d'un axe de tourelle (405), la tourelle comprenant :
    un plateau à chaînes (413) à une première extrémité de la tourelle, le plateau à chaînes comprenant une pluralité de trous ménagés à une première distance de l'axe de la tourelle ;
    un dispositif de halage (403) dans la tourelle pour exercer une force sur une ligne d'amarrage ou un treuil d'amarrage ; et
    une poutre (423) sur laquelle est fixée une poulie (419), la poutre (423) s'étendant entre le centre de la tourelle et une portion extérieure de la tourelle et pouvant pivoter autour de l'axe de la tourelle,

  2. Tourelle selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la poulie (419) est fixée sur la poutre (423) à la première distance de l'axe de tourelle (405) de sorte que la poulie puisse être alignée avec chacun de la pluralité de trous dans le plateau à chaînes (413).
  3. Tourelle selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle la ligne pilote (407) passe autour d'une seule poulie (419).
  4. Tourelle selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle le plateau à chaînes (413) comprend une seconde pluralité de trous ménagés à une seconde distance de l'axe de la tourelle.
  5. Tourelle selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle sur la poutre (423) est fixée une seconde poulie (421) à la seconde distance de l'axe de la tourelle (405) de sorte que la seconde poulie (421) puisse être alignée avec chacun de la seconde pluralité de trous dans le plateau à chaînes (413).
  6. Tourelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de halage (403) est situé dans la tourelle (401), sensiblement adjacent au plateau à chaînes (413).
  7. Navire comprenant une tourelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  8. Appareil à monter dans une tourelle pour amarrage avec tourelle d'un navire flottant, la tourelle (401) pouvant pivoter par rapport au navire autour d'un axe (405) sensiblement vertical, l'appareil comprenant :
    un dispositif de halage pour exercer une force sur une ligne d'amarrage ou un treuil d'amarrage via une ligne pilote (407) ;
    une poutre (423) s'étendant entre le centre de la tourelle et une portion extérieure de la tourelle et disposée de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour de l'axe de la tourelle ; et
    une poulie (419) fixée sur la poutre (423),
    dans laquelle, en service, la force exercée sur la ligne d'amarrage ou sur le treuil d'amarrage par le dispositif de halage via la ligne pilote opère, au niveau du dispositif de halage, sensiblement le long de l'axe de la tourelle et sensiblement dans une direction descendante.
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 8, comprenant en outre la ligne pilote (407).
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, comprenant en outre une seconde poulie (421) fixée sur la poutre.
  11. Tourelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, navire selon la revendication 7 ou appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans lesquels le dispositif de halage (403) est un vérin disposé pour faire entrer ou sortir la ligne pilote de manière sélective.
  12. Tourelle, navire ou appareil selon la revendication 11 dans lesquels le vérin comprend deux brides pour bloquer la ligne pilote, au moins l'une des attaches étant mobile.
  13. Procédé pour amarrer un navire flottant, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    mettre en oeuvre une tourelle (401) qui peut pivoter par rapport au navire autour d'un axe (405) sensiblement vertical, la tourelle comprenant un plateau à chaînes (413) à son extrémité inférieure, le plateau à chaînes ayant une pluralité de trous ménagés à une première distance de l'axe ;
    mettre en oeuvre une poutre (423) dans la tourelle, la poutre s'étendant entre le centre de la tourelle et une portion extérieure de la tourelle, une poulie (419) étant montée sur la poutre ;
    mettre en oeuvre une ligne pilote (407), la ligne pilote étant disposé pour passer sur la poulie et pour être raccordé, sur une première partie, à un dispositif de halage monté dans la tourelle ;
    faire pivoter la poutre (423) autour de l'axe de sorte que la poulie soit alignée au-dessus d'un trou sélectionné parmi la pluralité de trous du plateau à chaînes ;
    faire sortir la ligne pilote (407) par le trou sélectionné dans le plateau à chaînes ;
    raccorder la ligne pilote (407), sur une seconde partie, à une ligne d'amarrage sélectionnée ;
    actionner le dispositif de halage pour faire entrer la ligne pilote afin de relever la ligne d'amarrage vers le plateau à chaînes, la force exercée sur la ligne d'amarrage par le dispositif de halage via la ligne pilote opérant, au niveau du dispositif de halage, sensiblement le long de l'axe de la tourelle et sensiblement dans une direction descendante ;
    sécuriser la ligne d'amarrage à la tourelle ; et
    déconnecter la ligne pilote de la ligne d'amarrage.
  14. Procédé pour libérer un navire flottant de son amarrage, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    mettre en oeuvre une tourelle (401) qui peut pivoter par rapport au navire autour d'un axe sensiblement vertical, la tourelle comprenant un plateau à chaînes (413) à son extrémité inférieure, le plateau à chaînes ayant une pluralité de trous ménagés à une première distance de l'axe ;
    mettre en oeuvre une poutre (423) dans la tourelle, la poutre s'étendant entre le centre de la tourelle et une portion extérieure de la tourelle, une poulie (419) étant montée sur la poutre ;
    mettre en oeuvre une ligne pilote (407), la ligne pilote étant disposé pour passer sur la poulie et pour être raccordé, sur une première partie, à un dispositif de halage monté dans la tourelle ;
    faire pivoter la poutre (423) autour de l'axe de sorte que la poulie soit alignée au-dessus d'un trou sélectionné parmi la pluralité de trous du plateau à chaînes ;
    faire sortir la ligne pilote (407) par le trou sélectionné dans le plateau à chaînes ;
    raccorder la ligne pilote (407), sur une seconde partie, à une ligne d'amarrage sélectionnée sécurisée à la tourelle ;
    désolidariser la ligne d'amarrage de la tourelle ;
    actionner le dispositif de halage pour faire sortir la ligne pilote afin d'abaisser la ligne d'amarrage en l'éloignant du plateau à chaînes, la force exercée sur la ligne d'amarrage par le dispositif de halage via la ligne pilote opérant, au niveau du dispositif de halage, sensiblement le long de l'axe de la tourelle et sensiblement dans une direction descendante ; et
    déconnecter la ligne pilote de la ligne d'amarrage.
