Definitions
- the invention relates to a door with lateral guide rail assemblies comprising vertical, curved and horizontal rail portions.
- An at least one-part (one-sectional) closing element closes a door opening and is provided with at least one or two guide elements per door side for guiding the closing element to the associated guide rail arrangements such that the peat foot, ie the lowermost region of the closing element, is guided in the vertical guide rail area only parallel to the rail.
- At least one of the door drive or Torconstrusaus GmbH serving flexible pulling means acts on or near the peat foot.
- sectional doors for closing larger door openings such as garages, workshops or sports arenas have in many areas compared to roller doors, in which the closing element is wound up, but also against swing gates, in which the peat when opening outwardly pivots outwards, interspersed because they comparatively are stable and simple and yet neither the space for a winding drum, as required for roller shutter doors, need, even to the outside (ie in front of the gate) movement space when opening and closing need, as is the case with the swing gates.
- the comparatively space-saving sectional doors are also available in installation situations with minimal space behind the closed door opening, such as from the WO 03/087504 known.
- the curved rail portion of the guide rail assembly is located in an upper height portion of the door opening.
- the locking element consisting of at least one section relatively far behind the door opening, so that the lowest section is also pivoted substantially into a horizontal position, the peat foot that is about the same height as the upper edge of the closing element forming Torkopf is raised.
- the US 2,573,962 shows a hand-operable only and therefore not generic sectional door, in which for pivoting the top door section from a closed position to a ventilation position, the top section 17 must be tilted by hand - see.
- the peat foot 18a and the section intermediate rollers 18 are first pushed up vertically and then pushed on a curved guide rail 27 in the direction of the horizontal guide rail 20 under the garage ceiling 21. If the peat foot 18a the in Fig. 4 has reached the position shown, this is moved backwards to the door opening and further up and describes an approximately right-angled curve - see.
- the invention is intended to solve the problem of avoiding as far as possible the gates of the type mentioned wide displacement of Verschlotiatas for complete gate opening.
- the peat guide means is realized such that the curved rail portion is open on its radially outer side and provided with a vertical guide portion forming a gusset portion with each other.
- a guide element associated with the peat foot such as a known guide roller, of the closing element becomes possible to move vertically also in the height portion of the curved guide rail area, while the higher guide elements of the closing element can follow the curved guide surface of the curved rail area.
- the guidance of the door head takes place on the side facing away from the vertical guide section:
- an upper guide member is connected on each door side with the closing element.
- This may be an arrangement of the upper guide element located directly near the door head ( Fig. 2 ), wherein said guide member does not perform any guiding task during the pivoting operation and is displaced in the gusset region between the vertical and curved guide rail sections until it comes into contact with the bent guide section in its uppermost area or already close to or on the horizontal rail area and the weight force at the door head wearing.
- the opposite (facing Torau batseite) side of this upper guide element can be advantageous be used, namely form a torkopf solutionen stop when reaching the vertical position of the VerschGeßiatas.
- the counter-stop is formed by the vertical rail section.
- One or both of the pairs of stops can be adjustable for fine adjustment.
- the z. B. may occur when a cover-side door drive, in particular in conjunction with a push rod or a Wickeiwellenantrieb between a drive rail and the Torkopf is provided, as is common in many cases.
- the arcuate rail portion has a varying distance between the inner and outer guide stops along the arc
- the vertical and horizontal loop portions are preferably provided in a conventional manner with parallel guide surfaces to face both inward and outward directions or to serve as a guide surface both in the upward and in the downward direction.
- the upper guide elements can also be arranged in a manner known per se at the free end of each pivot lever ( Fig. 6 ), wherein the other pivot lever end or a pivot joint is pivotally mounted on the Verschüeßelement, and wherein the storage takes place in the case of multi-member locking elements on the uppermost closing element.
- Such pivot levers can with ( Fig. 6 ) and without ( Fig. 1 ) Forced adjustment. Examples of the former kind are in the German Utility Model Application No. 20 2005 008027 described. Examples of the second kind are in the WO 03/087504 , described. If such a pivot lever is provided, the guide element attached thereto is guided along the curved rail area.
- the door head During pivoting between the vertical closed position and a pivoting position of the uppermost door section, the door head approaches the upper guide element when the pivot joint is provided below the Torkopfes on the upper door section.
- the pivot joint can also be provided at or near the Torkopfes when a pivot angle limit at approximately horizontal opening position of the upper door section prevents the lowering of the Torkopfes.
- a pivot angle limiting stop is also in other designs and arrangement of the pivot lever beneficial.
- a, preferably automatically acting, switch may be provided in the gusset region between the vertical guide portion and the curved guide portion, which is preferably curved or angled and has guide portions on two sides, one of which faces the bent and the other the vertical guide rail portion.
- Soft be designed as a two-armed lever and its pivoting in one direction by a peat near the guide member of the closing element are effected and in the opposite direction of a higher-level guide element closing element are reversed.
- the guide elements close to the peat foot follow the vertical guide section 5A and the higher guide elements follow the horizontal guide section 5B.
- Further guide elements preferably remain on one side of the switch and are therefore inactive for the switch adjustment.
- a traction means such as a rope engaging near or at the peat foot, is deflected near the upper gate opening.
- the pivoting of the at least one closing element during the closing operation is provided by a stop arrangement provided in the lower end region of the closing element to be pivoted ( Fig. 1 ; 4 ) causes.
- a small vertical movement of the (uppermost) closing element to be pivoted leads to a relatively large pivoting angle, so that the door head can be pivoted into a closing position even with relatively small gap dimensions, without any significant height change of the door head taking place.
- This embodiment is also independent of the features of claim 1 of independent inventive importance.
- a guide element close to the peat foot is provided on a lower pivot lever such that this guide element retracts into the curved guide rail area when the peat foot is pivoted up from a vertical to an approximately horizontal opening position when opening the door, wherein the (lower) Closing element hinged via a pivot means pivot lever in this opening phase changes its pivot angle with respect to the closure element.
- This arrangement is used in a variant ( Fig. 3b ) as a guide means, with which the peat is raised in the height portion of the curved guide rail area substantially vertically or, is performed. In this solution, it is possible to dispense with a guide rail section extending vertically in the upper door region.
- a vertical upper guide rail section may additionally be provided, in which a guide element arranged directly on the peat foot in addition to the pivot lever can be guided.
- a deflection means for the flexible traction means connected to the Torfuß such that upon pivoting of the at least upper closing element in the vertical Verschdorfposition the traction means is deflected in the pivoting direction.
- the previous Switzerlandstoffausschung acts as a lateral force which pivots the uppermost closing element at the vertical closing position in a pivot position in the sense of a power drive without further force effects in the opening direction are required on Torkopf.
- an above-mentioned and known per se upper pivot lever with end-side guide element is preferably used, wherein the articulation region of this lever to the closing element for the Buchstoffauslenkung can be used.
- the induced by the Buchstoffauslenkung transverse force has ceased to act, because the deflection is reduced to zero, other lateral forces can be used for further pivoting of the Torkopfes. Gravity can be used for this purpose.
- forced guides or corresponding automatic actuators or the like are used for this purpose.
- the Buchatoriumlenkung this aspect of the invention is also independent of the features of claim 1 of independent inventive importance.
- a guide means with which the peat is vertically liftable in the height portion of the curved guide rail area, provided a substantially gate-high vertical guide rail, so that the peat as the case of a roller shutter door only vertically moves over the entire door height. This also minimizes the footprint of the open door.
- the combination of a gate-high vertical guide rail with a horizontal guide rail with subsequent arch area and subsequent vertical guide rail area, which does not necessarily have to reach to the lower edge of the door opening, is independent of the features of claim 1 of independent inventive importance.
- Yet another aspect of the invention is one of two sections ( Fig. 3a; 3b ) existing closing element, so that even large gates, especially comparatively high goals can be extremely simple design and the lower section for the installation of passage doors is available. These can even be executed without a threshold. When these doors are closed, they form a unit with the remaining part of the lower door section, which can be lifted altogether and pivoted into a high horizontal opening position. For outward opening doors not even a door lock is absolutely necessary for this.
- This aspect of the invention is independent of the feature of claim 1 of independent inventive importance.
- FIG. 1 shows a two-part sectional door 10 with a lower section 10A and an upper section 10B.
- a guide rail assembly consisting of a vertical guide rail portion 7A, to which a curved rail portion 7B and this in turn is followed by a horizontal rail portion 7C.
- the gate has at its Torfuß 2 a guide element 2A in the form of a guide roller on each side, which runs in opening and closing of the door in the guide rail assembly 7.
- another guide element 3 is arranged in the form of a tandem guide roller, which also runs in the guide rail assembly 7.
- An upper guide member 4 in the form of a guide roller is provided on the upper section member (closing member 10B).
- a traction means 15 in the form of a steel wire rope engages the peat foot 2 and is deflected by a deflection roller 16 near the upper door opening to a drive, not shown. - In that regard, the arrangement is known.
- the curved rail portion 7B is formed triangular or gore-shaped and has a curved radial outer side 7B 'as a guide roller bearing surface for the Guide elements 3 and 4 on.
- the gusset portion further comprises a vertical guide portion 7B "serving as a guide for the gate-side guide member 2A,
- a switch 5 having a substantially vertical guide portion 5A and having an approximately horizontal guide portion 5B is pivotally arranged about a horizontal axis. This switch is in the closed position ( Fig.
- FIG. 1 shows, moreover, a stop arrangement 12, 12A, 12B, which when Torloid the compulsory pivoting of the door section 12B of the in FIG. 1B tilt position shown in the in Figure 1A shown closed position causes.
- a pivot arm 12A is attached to the upper end portion of the upper door section 10B at this and comes with the beginning of Zwangssch conductedweges with a torrahmenfesten bolt as a stop 12B in Appendix. Another Torsenken thereby leads to Zwangsverschwenkung the upper door section in the vertical closed position.
- FIG. 1 shows an automatic power drive for tilting the upper door section 10B from the closed position to the tilted position.
- a deflection of the traction means 15 in the closed position is used.
- the deflection roller 16 is arranged offset to the rear from the door opening so that the traction means 15 is deflected forwards when the door is closed (FIG. Fig. 1A ).
- One serving for this deflection 13 is provided at or near the pivot joint 100A at each torrent and engages the traction means 15 automatically. Due to the gravity driven forced closing when closing the gate, the traction means is therefore deflected towards the door opening.
- the traction means 15 in a suitable manner (see below) wound or otherwise pulled backwards, it exerts on the deflection means 13 directed towards the Torinneren force, which leads to the inward pivoting of the upper door section 10B.
- the gusset-like design of the curved rail portion 7B is also in the embodiments of FIG. 2 and FIG. 6 apparent:
- the forced closure with the stop assembly 12 is also in the embodiment according to FIG. 4 realized.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door with lateral guide rail assemblies comprising vertical, curved and horizontal rail portions. An at least one-part (one-sectional) closing element closes a door opening and is provided with at least one or two guide elements per door side for guiding the closing element to the associated guide rail arrangements such that the peat foot, ie the lowermost region of the closing element, is guided in the vertical guide rail area only parallel to the rail. At least one of the door drive or Torgewichtsausgleich serving flexible pulling means acts on or near the peat foot.

Against this background, the invention is intended to solve the problem of avoiding as far as possible the gates of the type mentioned wide displacement of Verschließelementes for complete gate opening. In addition, it is desirable if possible, with a simple door construction and the safest possible operation to allow a minimum space requirement of the door in the open state. These and other objects are achieved by a gate having the features of

In these and other embodiments of the invention, a traction means, such as a rope engaging near or at the peat foot, is deflected near the upper gate opening.

According to a still further aspect of the invention, as a guide means, with which the peat is vertically liftable in the height portion of the curved guide rail area, provided a substantially gate-high vertical guide rail, so that the peat as the case of a roller shutter door only vertically moves over the entire door height. This also minimizes the footprint of the open door. - Door- with lateral guide rail arrangements (7) comprising vertical (7A), curved (7B) and horizontal (7C) rail regions, wherein the curved guide rail region is situated in an upper height section of the door aperture,- with an at least single-member (single-section) closing element (10; 10A, 10B) for a door aperture, said closing element comprising a door foot (2) and a door head (8), which on opening and closing is provided to be forcibly pivotable between a vertical closed position and a pivoted position - and vice versa - by means of an automatic power drive for tilting,- with at least two guide elements (2A) per door side for guiding the closing element on the associated guide rail arrangement,- with at least one power-driven flexible traction means (15) which engages at the door foot or close to the door foot and is deflected close to the upper door aperture,- with a motor-powered door drive having a traction means drive for the traction means (15) or having a pushing rod which engages at the uppermost door section, characterised in that- a vertical guide rail (14) is provided which is essentially the height of the door,- the door foot can be raised and lowered approximately vertically by means of the traction means (15) in the height section of the curved guide rail region with a power drive, and- the door foot is guided parallel to the rail in the vertical guide rail which is the height of the door.
- Door according to claim 1, characterised in that the tilting of the at least one closing element (10; 10B) is brought about by a stop arrangement (12, 12A, 12B) provided in the lower end region of the closing element (10; 10B) to be pivoted.
- Door according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a guide element (20A') is provided on a lower pivot lever (20) close to the door foot (2).
- Door according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a deflecting means is provided at the uppermost closing element (10B) for the flexible traction means (15) connected to the door foot such that, during pivoting of the at least upper closing element into the vertical closed position thereof, the traction means is deflected in the pivoting direction.
- Door according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the guide means for the door foot (2) is provided with a curved guide rail region (7B) which is open at the radial outer side (7B') thereof, and with a vertical guide rail region (7B''), which form a spandrel region (6) with one another.
- Door according to claim 5, characterised in that, in the spandrel region, a switch (5) or a switching arrangement is provided between the vertical guide rail region (7B'') and the curved guide rail region (7B').
- Door according to claim 6, characterised in that the switch has guide sections on two sides, of which one faces toward the curved guide rail region and the other faces toward the vertical guide rail region.
- Door according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that, in addition to the switch (5), further guide elements are provided.
- Door according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that a per se known pivot lever is provided pivotably articulated on or close to the door head and, fastened to said pivot lever, a guide element which is guided along the curved guide rail region.
- Door according to claim 9, characterised in that a pivot angle limiter is provided which prevents the upper door section in the approximately horizontal open position from lowering of the door head.
- Door according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the closing element (10A, 10B) comprises two sections and the lower section accommodates at least one access door (18).
