Claims (18)

  1. Un dispositif pour le transfert par lots de produits du tabac, comprenant une trémie (13) dotée d'une paroi arrière (22) et de deux parois latérales (23), déformables, qui se combinent pour délimiter une ouverture supérieure (24a) d'entrée des produits du tabac (2) et une ouverture inférieure (24b) de déchargement desdits produits du tabac (2), ainsi que d'un volet obturateur (25) destiné à ouvrir ou à fermer ladite ouverture inférieure (24b), ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un mécanisme d'actionnement (31) relié aux parois latérales (23) et destiné à faire varier activement la géométrie desdites parois latérales (23), en déformant ces mêmes deux parois latérales (23), afin d'adapter le volume intérieur de la trémie (13) à la quantité de produits du tabac (2) entrant par l'ouverture supérieure (24a).
  2. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'actionnement (31) comprend au moins un capteur (32) destiné à surveiller un paramètre indiquant la quantité de produits du tabac entrant dans la trémie (13), un actionneur (33) relié aux parois latérales (23), et une unité de contrôle (34) reliée audit au moins un capteur (32) et à l'actionneur (33) de manière à pouvoir recevoir un signal (S), en provenance dudit capteur (32), représentant le paramètre indiquant la quantité de produits du tabac (2) entrant dans la trémie (13), et à générer un signal (C) destiné à piloter l'actionneur (33) pour faire varier la géométrie des parois latérales (23).
  3. Le dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un élément de support (29) supportant un contenant (3) devant être rempli avec les produits du tabac (2), et un moteur (30) destiné à mouvoir verticalement ledit élément de support (29) entre une première position proche de l'ouverture inférieure (24b) de la trémie (13) et une deuxième position éloignée de cette même ouverture inférieure (24b), de manière à permettre le remplissage du contenant (3) pendant le mouvement de l'élément de support (29) de la première position à la deuxième position.
  4. Le dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moteur (30) est relié à l'unité de contrôle (34) de manière à ce que la vitesse de descente (Vd) de l'élément de support (29) puisse être modifiée sur la base du signal provenant du capteur (32) et représentant le paramètre indiquant la quantité de produits du tabac (2) entrant dans la trémie (13).
  5. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que chacune des parois latérales (23) de la trémie (13) comprend une lame flexible (38).
  6. Le dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chacune des parois latérales (23) comprend une portion terminale (39) associée de façon pivotante à un châssis fixe (28) à proximité de l'ouverture supérieure (24a) d'entrée, et la lame (38) présente une première extrémité (38a) insérée de façon coulissante dans ladite portion terminale (39) et une deuxième extrémité (38b) associée de façon pivotante audit châssis fixe (28) à proximité de l'ouverture inférieure (24b) de déchargement.
  7. Le dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (33) comprend une paire de leviers (40) présentant, chacun, une première extrémité (40a) articulée au châssis fixe (28) et une deuxième extrémité (40b) reliée à une paroi latérale (23) respective, et au moins un moteur (45) destiné à mettre en rotation chaque levier (40) autour de la première extrémité (40a) respective.
  8. Le dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un moteur (45) de l'actionneur (33) comprend un vérin (46) pneumatique ou hydraulique à double effet.
  9. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un convoyeur (6) s'étendant le long d'une direction (X) prédéfinie entre une première unité (4) et une deuxième unité (5) de traitement des produits du tabac (2), et présentant une ouverture intermédiaire (12) située face à l'ouverture supérieure (24a) d'entrée de la trémie (13) afin de faire tomber lesdits produits du tabac (2) dans ladite trémie (13).
  10. Le dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un capteur (32) est placé à proximité du convoyeur (6) en un point situé le long de la direction (X) prédéfinie.
  11. Le dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un capteur (32) est placé au-dessus de l'ouverture (24a) d'entrée de la trémie (13).
  12. Le dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un capteur (32) comprend un palpeur servant à relever la profondeur (Sp) du flux de produits du tabac (2) avançant sur le convoyeur (6) dans la direction (X) prédéfinie.
  13. Une procédure pour le transfert par lots de produits du tabac, comprenant la phase consistant à alimenter un flux de produits du tabac (2) dans une trémie (13) dotée d'une paroi arrière (22) et de deux parois latérales (23), déformables, qui se combinent pour délimiter une ouverture supérieure (24a) d'entrée et une ouverture inférieure (24b) de déchargement desdits produits du tabac (2), ainsi que d'un volet obturateur (25) destiné à ouvrir ou à fermer ladite ouverture inférieure (24b), ladite procédure étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend l'autre phase consistant à faire varier activement la géométrie des parois latérales (23) et le volume intérieur de la trémie (13), en déformant ces mêmes deux parois latérales (23), de manière à augmenter ou à réduire le volume intérieur de la trémie (13), en fonction de la quantité de produits du tabac (2) entrant dans la trémie (13), par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme d'actionnement (31) relié auxdites parois latérales (23).
  14. La procédure selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre les phases consistant à aligner un contenant (3) par rapport à l'ouverture inférieure (24b) de déchargement de la trémie (13), à actionner le volet obturateur (25) pour ouvrir l'ouverture inférieure (24b), à abaisser le contenant (3) pour permettre le passage des produits du tabac (2) de la trémie (13) dans le contenant (3) et à régler la vitesse de descente (Vd) du contenant (3) sur la base d'un paramètre indiquant la quantité de produits du tabac (2) entrant dans la trémie (13).
  15. La procédure selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la phase d'alimentation d'un flux de produits du tabac (2) dans la trémie (13) comprend la phase consistant à acheminer lesdits produits le long d'une direction (X) prédéfinie sur un convoyeur (6) qui s'étend entre une première unité (4) et une deuxième unité (5) de traitement des produits du tabac (2) et qui présente une ouverture intermédiaire (12) située face à l'ouverture supérieure (24a) d'entrée de la trémie (13) afin de faire tomber lesdits produits du tabac (2) dans ladite trémie (13).
  16. La procédure selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que le paramètre indiquant la quantité de produits du tabac (2) entrant dans la trémie (13) est donné par le débit des produits du tabac (2) avançant sur le convoyeur (6).
  17. La procédure selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que la phase de variation active de la géométrie des parois latérales comprend les phases consistant à déformer les parois latérales (23) selon une loi de déformation (Ld) prédéfinie correspondant à un débit de référence (Pr) des produits du tabac (2) avançant sur le convoyeur (6), à relever le débit réel (Pe) des produits du tabac (2) avançant sur le convoyeur (6), à comparer le débit réel (Pe) avec le débit de référence (Pr), et à faire varier la loi de déformation (Ld) si le débit réel (Pe) diffère du débit de référence (Pr).
  18. La procédure selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que la phase de réglage de la vitesse de descente du contenant comprend les phases consistant à abaisser le contenant (3) selon une loi de mouvement (Lm) prédéfinie correspondant à un débit de référence (Pr) des produits du tabac (2) avançant sur le convoyeur (6), à relever le débit réel (Pe) des produits du tabac (2) avançant sur le convoyeur (6), à comparer le débit réel (Pe) avec le débit de référence (Pr), et à faire varier la loi de mouvement (Lm) si le débit réel (Pe) diffère du débit de référence (Pr).
