Claims (11)
- Appareil (1) pour envelopper ou encercler des objets, en particulier des câbles (2), les objets étant isolés, reliés les uns aux autres ou fixés les uns aux autres au moyen d'une bande (3) enroulée autour de ceux-ci, en particulier d'une bande adhésive, avec un rouleau d'alimentation (4), une avance (5) pour retirer la bande (3) du rouleau d'alimentation (4) et pour déplacer plus loin la bande (3) vers un système d'application de bande (6), le système d'application de bande (6) étant prévu afin d'enrouler une partie (7) de la bande (3) autour des objets, avec un dispositif de séparation (8) pour séparer respectivement une partie (7) de la bande (3), ainsi qu'un commutateur (9) pour lancer un processus d'enroulement, le système d'application de bande (6) présentant un disque (11) rotatif autour d'un axe (10) et trois rouleaux applicateurs (12, 16), et un entraînement (20) pour entraîner le disque (11) étant prévu, caractérisé en ce que deux des trois rouleaux applicateurs (12) sont prévus, dont les axes (13) sont fixés en position fixe sur le disque (11), et en ce que le troisième rouleau applicateur (16) fixé à rotation sur un levier (14) au moyen d'un axe (15) est relié à pivotement au disque (11) de sorte que le levier (14) soit relié par une articulation tournante (17) au disque (11), et que le levier (14) soit précontraint par un ressort (18) par rapport à un point de fixation (19) sur le disque (11).
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lorsque les objets encerclés (21) ou l'objet est inséré dans le système d'application de bande (6), les distances qui s'étendent respectivement entre un axe (13, 15) d'un rouleau applicateur (12, 16) et l'axe (10) du disque (11), sont identiques ou approximativement identiques.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel un moteur pas à pas est prévu comme entraînement (20) pour entraîner le disque (11), lequel transmet par une courroie dentée (22) fermée son mouvement de rotation à une roue dentée (23) reliée de manière coaxiale au disque (11).
- Appareil selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'avance (5) présente un système composé de trois rouleaux (24, 25, 26), deux rouleaux (24, 25) étant entraînés par un entraînement (38) au moyen d'une courroie dentée (27) avec une rapidité différente au moyen de roues dentées (28, 29) coaxiales au diamètre différent de sorte que les deux rouleaux (24, 25) transportent plus loin la bande (3) qui s'applique avec un côté adhésif (30) sur les deux rouleaux (24, 25) et la bande (3) adhésive soit retirée du rouleau (24) suivant par le rouleau (25) précédent dans le sens de transport de la bande, et le troisième rouleau (26) servant à appliquer la bande (3) sur le rouleau (25) précédent.
- Appareil selon la revendication 4, dans lequel des moteurs pas à pas synchronisés les uns avec les autres comme entraînements (20, 38) sont prévus.
- Appareil selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel un système de levier (31) s'étend entre une articulation (32) reliée au commutateur (9) et au moins un point d'articulation (33, 34) fixé, dans lequel un ressort (35) est prévu pour le rappel du système de levier (31) décalé par le commutateur (9), et dans lequel une extrémité de levier (36) libre agit contre l'extrémité (37) libre du levier (14) afin de pivoter le levier (14) du disque (11) à partir des rouleaux applicateurs (12).
- Appareil selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel un commutateur miniature (39) pouvant être activé par le commutateur (9) est prévu pour une distribution de bande avant un processus d'enroulement par l'actionnement du commutateur (9) ainsi qu'un actionnement du dispositif de séparation (8) et de l'entraînement (20) pour entraîner le disque (11), une fois le commutateur (9) suspendu sur ressorts lâché.
- Appareil selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel un dispositif de programmation (41) relié par une alimentation électrique (40) aux entraînements (20, 38), de préférence avec un affichage (42) est prévu afin de présélectionner une longueur déterminée des parties (7), un nombre déterminé de rotations du disque (11) pour un processus d'enroulement ou une course avant/arrière des entraînements (20, 38) qui est nécessaire à une génération d'étiquette sur les objets encerclés (21).
- Appareil selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel un cylindre de réglage (44) est prévu afin d'actionner le dispositif de séparation (8) par une liaison (45).
- Appareil selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel l'appareil est configuré comme un appareil à main pourvu d'une poignée (43).
- Procédé pour envelopper un objet oblong ou plusieurs objets oblongs, en particulier des câbles, dans lequel tout d'abord une bande (3) est posée avec un côté adhésif (30) contre l'objet ou les objets, et l'objet ou les objets est ou sont amenés avec la bande (3) adhésive entre trois rouleaux applicateurs (12, 16), dans lequel d'une part deux rouleaux applicateurs (12) rotatifs, dont les axes (13) sont fixés en position fixe sur un disque (11) rotatif, et d'autre part un rouleau applicateur (16) fixé à rotation sur un levier (14) au moyen d'un axe (15), qui est relié à pivotement au disque (11) par le levier, sont appliqués sur l'objet ou les objets, dans lequel les rouleaux applicateurs (12, 16) sont rotatifs autour de leurs axes (13, 15) orientés parallèlement à l'objet ou aux objets de sorte que lors d'une rotation des trois rouleaux applicateurs (12, 16) autour de l'objet ou des objets, les rouleaux applicateurs (12, 16) enroulent la bande (3) autour de celui-ci ou de ceux-ci, et dans lequel la bande (3) est sectionnée côté alimentation.
