Claims (9)
- Sachet d'emballage sous film avec des surfaces de sachet formées par un film (2) et avec une boucle formant poignée (4) qui est disposée sur l'une des surfaces de sachet et avec
un feuillet de renfort (9), qui dans la zone de la boucle formant poignée (4) est appliqué sur une surface interne (10) du film (2) et qui est relié à la surface interne par thermoscellage,
un feuillet de fermeture (8), lequel recouvre une ouverture formée (7) par la boucle formant poignée (4) sur la face interne du sachet,
la boucle formant poignée (4) étant formée d'une partie du film (2) et du feuillet de renfort (9) délimitée côté bordure par deux encoches,
caractérisé en ce que
les encoches (6) sont disposées chaque fois entre deux joints de scellage (11, 11') par lesquels le feuillet de renfort (9) est scellé sur la surface interne du film (2). - Sachet d'emballage sous film selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le feuillet de fermeture (8) recouvre totalement le feuillet de renfort (9).
- Sachet d'emballage sous film selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone des extrémités chaque fois mutuellement associées des encoches (6) sont disposés des joints de scellage (11"') s'étendant sensiblement à la transversale des encoches, qui relient le feuillet de renfort (9) à la surface interne (10) du film (2).
- Sachet d'emballage sous film selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les joints de scellage (11'") s'étendant sensiblement à la transversale des encoches (6) présentent une forme cintrée.
- Sachet d'emballage sous film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le sachet d'emballage sous film (1) est conçu sous la forme d'un sachet à soufflets latéraux la boucle formant poignée étant disposée (4) sur l'un des plis latéraux (5) reliant les surfaces frontales (3) du côté du bord.
- Sachet d'emballage sous film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le film (2) est un film composite avec un film intérieur (10) en polyéthylène (PE).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un sachet d'emballage sous film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
un film plat (2) avec une couche scellable qui forme la surface interne (10) du sachet d'emballage sous film (1) étant mis à disposition,
un feuillet de renfort (9) étant appliqué sur la couche scellable du sachet (2) et relié thermiquement par des joints de scellage,
deux encoches (6) formant les bords latéraux d'une boucle formant poignée (4) et s'étendant chacune entre deux joints de scellage (11, 11') étant ménagées dans le film (2) et dans le feuillet de renfort scellé,
un feuillet de fermeture (8), recouvrant l'ouverture (7) formée par la boucle formant poignée (4) étant verrouillé sur la couche scellable du film (2),
après l'application du feuillet de fermeture (8) par pliage, scellage et coupe à dimension du film (2), un sachet d'emballage sous film (1) étant formé. - Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans la zone des extrémités chaque fois mutuellement associées des encoches (6) des joints de scellage (11"') s'étendant sensiblement à la transversale des encoches (6) étant créés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, le sachet d'emballage sous film (1) étant formé comme un sachet à soufflets latéraux.
