Definitions

  • the application relates to a cable lift according to the preamble of claim 1, as it is usually realized for lifts in medium-heavy construction up for lifts in lightweight construction and in both cases up to medium speeds.
  • Heavily eccentrically suspended elevators are those in which the car consisting of car frame and elevator car is subjected to significant bending stresses due to suspension, which it has to withstand.
  • Such elevators are i. d. R. by the fact that the support cable is mounted outside the projection of the available for the payload car base.
  • Cab frames of heavily off-center elevators or backpack elevators are usually in the shape of a L. The cab is placed on the lower horizontal part of the L. This form of car frame is used in connection with rope mechanical drives as well as with hydraulic drives. Since the elevator car itself is practically not charged with appreciable bending loads but "sits", it can be designed accordingly easy.
  • the heavily off-center car suspension or the backpack suspension is, in practice in many cases therefore given preference, in particular in conjunction with an L-shaped car frame, because it is possible by such suspensions without particular design difficulties, access to three sides of the elevator car provided.
  • Such constructions are therefore particularly flexible with regard to the position of the cabin door or the cabin doors.
  • backpack elevators or elevators with a highly eccentric car suspension system have a worse overall efficiency than centrally guided elevators.
  • the cable guides are carried out in practice in a variety of ways.
  • a special form in this context is the 2: 1 suspension of the counterweight with the 1: 1 suspension of the car.
  • Such a backpack lift with an L-shaped car frame is z. B. from the DE 44 36 088 known. as well as from the EP 1520831 A1 , which alternatively proposes a backpack lift with a C-shaped car frame.
  • the basic idea of the invention is at the same time as well as the principle reversal of semi-mounted loads to suspended loads.
  • the load is the elevator car, which hangs with its payload on the upper horizontal part of the car frame - with the vast majority of its weight, preferably even with its almost total weight.
  • the car frame thus has the stylized form of a gallows-like structure, d. H. an upside down "L".
  • space is gained on the underside of the elevator car, which provides advantages for small shaft pits.
  • the described embodiments of the car frame according to the invention thus enable Car heights and shaft depths that are only slightly larger than the vertical dimensions of the car plus the safety distance. This is especially important in new plants, where thus shaft heads and pits with integrated shelters or extremely small vertical shaft heads and / or pit dimensions can be provided, as well as when replacing a found in the building to be rehabilitated hydraulic system.
  • the latter usually comes from the vertical shaft dimensions with much smaller installation spaces than the usual rope mechanical systems. Therefore, the Sanierer on-site also only correspondingly tight shafts available.
  • the elevator car is suspended by means of an elastic mounting on the at least one support arm extending substantially in the horizontal direction.
  • the elevator car is additionally attached to at least one substantially vertically extending support arm of the support frame.
  • an elastic bearing is used, which essentially only allows the transmission of forces acting in the horizontal direction. This ensures that the elevator car does not become tense. Because a rigid bearing in the field of vertical arms can raise problems when the elevator car in the area of their upper, i. d. R. elastic bearing carries out certain vertical movements and the rigid bearing does not yield correspondingly in the vertical direction.
  • a further preferred embodiment provides that any suspension means suspension, preferably with 2: 1 and at least one loose role on the car or the counterweight or 1: 1 or in the special case for the car with the counter load with 2: 1 can be provided and that As a means of suspension wire ropes or plastic belts with or without reinforcements of other materials, with or without wedge or arcuate longitudinal profiles in the belt to increase traction can be used.
  • the use of a 2: 1 suspension by the counter load creates additional space below the counterweight which can be used constructively.
  • the suspension means described here favor this further by allowing a compact construction.
  • the Fig. 1 shows a backpack lift 1, in which both the elevator car 3 (cabin in the broadest sense - whose design can be almost arbitrary) and the counterweight 4 are each 2: 1 suspended.
  • the drive 7 is here, which is particularly advantageous, designed as a traction sheave drive with double wrap - such a drive is very compact from home and thus makes its contribution to the optimal use of space.
  • the elevator car 4 hangs on the upper part of the car frame 2.
  • the elevator car 3 is equipped with zugaufnemden structural elements that ensure a safe dissipation of the initiated by the payload in the cabin floor forces towards the suspension points with which the elevator car is mounted on the ceiling side of the support frame.
  • the support frame 2 carries the guide means or guide rollers of the car as well as the catching means and the other safety devices.
  • the car suspension which is provided with a guide roller 10 is placed in the lower part of the vertical portion of the support frame 2 at this. It thus allows a retraction of the higher-lying parts of the support frame right and left of the drive 7 and 8, ie a part of the traction sheave 7 associated deflecting 8 comes to lie substantially vertically extending support arms or Tragarmabitesen the support frame 2. As a result, space is saved in the shaft head area, so that if necessary, the drive 7 can be mounted service-friendly with an increased distance to the shaft head ceiling.
  • the Fig. 2 shows a variant of the just on hand of Fig. 1 shown elevator.
  • a 2: 1 suspension with traction sheave drive and simple rather than double wrap is provided.
  • both wire ropes and belts of any type can be used.
  • the use of belts, in particular elastomer-coated belts can offer particular advantages.
  • the straps have a high degree of traction even with heavy bends. They allow small pulley diameters.
  • Fig. 3 shown embodiment is characterized in that the car 3 is suspended in the ratio 1: 1, while the counterweight 4 is suspended in the ratio 2: 1.
  • the path of the counterweight 4 is shortened in this way in half. This creates ideal space for the installation of further (not shown here) construction components in the pit area below the distance traveled by the counterweight in the shaft path.
  • the Fig. 4 shows finally another elevator example with a 1: 1 suspension, and a traction sheave 7 with simple wrap. Again, this solution can be performed with traction sheave with a corresponding counter-disc and double wrap.
  • the Fig. 5 finally shows a lift construction with hydraulic drive.
  • the suspension is here 2: 1 executed to keep the required by the hydraulic cylinder 13 working stroke small.
  • the support cable 6 runs over a deflection roller 14, which is arranged as a roller head on the hydraulic cylinder 13.
  • the invention- ⁇ e support frame construction has a particularly advantageous. Because the roller head on the hydraulic cylinder 13 can retract at the top position of the car between the vertical portions of the support frame 2 (from above), wherein the car approaches from below the roller 14 and the roller 14 between the vertical portions of the support frame 2 vertically no longer sticking out over this.
