Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Dabei sind die einzeln gelagerten Umlenkrollen der Transportriemen am Ausgang der Vereinzelungsstrecke mit unabhängig von den Transportriemen angetriebenen Übernahmerollen eines sich anschließenden Übernahmebereiches auf einer gemeinsamen Umlenkachse drehbar angeordnet. Auf der Gegenseite des Transportpfades sind in Höhe der Übernahmerollen die Sendungen gegen die Übernahmerollen mit Federkraft drückende Andruckrollen vorgesehen, die in einem in Abzugsrichtung vor ihnen und seitlich versetzt vom Transportkanal befindlichen, örtlich festen Drehpunkt schwenkbar gelagert sind, in welchem synchron mit den Übernahmerollen angetriebene Rollen drehbar gelagert sind. Über die schwenkbaren Andruckrollen und die angetriebenen Rollen sind einen Einlauf bildende Riemen geführt. Durch die Anordnung der letzten Umlenkrollen der Vereinzelungsstrecke und der Übernahmerollen auf einer gemeinsamen Umlenkachse wird also eine Lücke im Transportpfad der einseitig gefassten Sendungen vermieden. Da die Sendungsvorderkanten immer unter dem gleichen Winkel auf die den Einlauf bildenden Riemen treffen, erfolgt eine sendungsschonende Einleitung der Transportkraft unabhängig von der Sendungsdicke.According to the invention the object is achieved by the features of

Der Übergang des letzten Transportabschnittes der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 zur Übergabeeinheit soll ohne Transportlücke zueinander realisiert werden. Die in der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 durch ein Rückhalteband 2 gegen die hintersten Transportriemen 3 angedrückte und durch eine Vakuumkammer 4 zusätzlich angesaugte Sendung 5 wird in Pfeilrichtung S transportiert. Eventuell anhaftende Mehrfachabzüge werden durch den hohen Reibwert des Rückhaltebandes 2 zurückgehalten. Zur Unterstützung des Transportes der Sendungen 5 in der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 stehen sie auf einem angetriebenen Unterflurband 21. Der am Ende der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 angeordnete Übernahmebereich 6 besteht im vorliegenden Beispiel aus Übernahmerollen 7 mit Antriebsriemen 8 und dazugehörendem Motor 9 sowie einer angefederten Riemenschwinge 10 mit Andruckrollen 11 und Schwingenriemen 12. Der Schwingendrehpunkt 14 liegt hierbei in der Antriebsachse der synchron zu den Übernahmerollen 7 angetriebenen Rollen 13 für die Schwingenriemen 12. Die Andruckrollen 11 werden über eine Andruckfeder 15 gegen die Antriebsriemen 8 an den Übernahmerollen 7 gedrückt. Die einzeln gelagerten Umlenkrollen 16 der Transportriemen 3 aus der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 und die Übernahmerollen 7 aus dem Übernahmebereich 6 sind an der Übernahmestelle auf einer gemeinsamen Umlenkachse 17 montiert. Die Transportriemen 3 der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 wechseln sich an der Übernahmestelle in der Höhe alternierend mit den Antriebsriemen 8 aus dem Übernahmebereich 6 ab. Durch die gemeinsame Umlenkachse 17 der letzten Umlenkrollen 16 der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 und der Übernahmerollen 7 wird ein absolut lückenfreier Transportübergang ermöglicht. Der Einlauf der Sendungsvorderkanten in die Riemenschwinge 10, d.h. die Berührung der Schwingenriemen 12 erfolgt unabhängig von der Sendungsdicke immer unter dem gleichen Winkel. Wird der Schwingendrehpunkt 14 relativ dicht am Transportpfad angeordnet, d.h. der Einlaufwinkel der Schwinge 10 zum Transportpfad ist klein, treten keine unzulässigen Stoßbelastungen der Sendungen unterschiedlicher Dicke auf. Nachdem eine Sendungsvorderkante eine Lichtschranke 18/18a an der Übernahmestelle verdunkelt hat, kann im Bedarfsfall der Antriebsmotor der Transportriemen 3 der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 abgeschaltet werden. Die Sendung 5 wird ab diesem Moment durch die Übernahmeeinheit mit den Übernahme- und Andruckrollen 7,11 gegen die stehenden Transportriemen 3 der Vereinzelungsstrecke 1 herausgezogen. Der Sendung 5 evtl. anhaftende Doppelabzüge werden in diesem Start Stopp Mode zusätzlich getrennt. In kurzem Abstand nach der Übernahmestelle folgt dann ein Deckbandtransportsystem zum Weitertransport der Sendungen, von dem die ersten Umlenkrollen 19 dargestellt sind. Zur Adaption an die unterschiedlichen Sendungsdicken ist eine der beiden Umlenkrollen 19 gegen eine Andruckfeder 20 auslenkbar. Da die Sendungen 5 sowohl zwischen den Übernahme- und Andruckrollen 7,11 als auch zwischen den Umlenkrollen 19 des Deckbandtransportsystems sicher gefasst sind, hat die geringe Lücke dazwischen im Transportpfad keine negativen Auswirkungen.The transition of the last transport section of the separating
