Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour estamper des pièces découpées (30) à partir d'une feuille de matériau (16), en particulier de cartes en matériau à base de carton, de plastique ou de composite, avec des premier et deuxième couteaux d'estampage (10, 12) cylindriques creux montés sur un dispositif de support (20, 22) respectif, en regard l'un de l'autre, coopérant mutuellement pour réaliser l'estampage, avec un entraînement (36) pour au moins un dispositif de support (20) dans une direction d'estampage (S) s'étendant perpendiculairement à lui, avec des moyens pour ajuster la profondeur de coupe (T1, T2) des couteaux d'estampage (10, 12), de telle sorte que les couteaux d'estampage (10, 12), pendant l'opération d'estampage, soient espacés l'un de l'autre en formant une âme (28) dans la feuille de matériau (16), avec un poinçon (14) disposé à l'intérieur du premier couteau d'estampage (10) et déplaçable par rapport au premier couteau d'estampage (10), et avec une ouverture continue (24) s'étendant dans la direction d'estampage (S) dans le deuxième couteau d'estampage (12), et dans le dispositif de support (22) associé au dernier, à travers laquelle les pièces découpées (30) sont expulsées au moyen du poinçon (14), caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour l'ajustement de la profondeur de coupe des couteaux d'estampage comprennent un dispositif de commande (42) qui commande l'entraînement (36) en se passant d'une butée mécanique, de telle sorte que la direction du mouvement relatif des couteaux d'estampage (10, 12) soit inversée une fois qu'une position finale prédéfinie est atteinte.
  2. Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pourtour du poinçon (14) est adapté au contour du deuxième couteau d'estampage (12) de telle sorte que l'âme (28) soit coupée lors de l'expulsion de la pièce découpée (30).
  3. Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par un appui pour feuille (18) disposé entre les dispositifs de support (20, 22) pour l'introduction d'une feuille de matériau (16) entre le premier et le deuxième couteau d'estampage (10, 12), l'appui pour feuille (18) présentant un évidement (25) dans la région des couteaux d'estampage (10, 12).
  4. Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de support (22) pour le deuxième couteau d'estampage (12) est fixe et l'appui pour feuille (18) est connecté par le biais d'au moins un ressort (26) à ce dispositif de support (22), la feuille de matériau (16) reposant sur l'appui pour feuille (18) étant poussée dans le deuxième couteau (12) par le mouvement du premier couteau (10).
  5. Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'appui pour feuille (18) est formé et disposé à distance du dispositif de support (22) pour le deuxième couteau d'estampage (12) de telle sorte que l'appui pour feuille (18) puisse effectuer une course nécessaire pour l'estampage sans buter contre le dispositif de support (22) ou le deuxième couteau d'estampage (12) ou d'autres composants mécaniques.
  6. Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la constante de rappel du ressort (26) est choisie de telle sorte que la force nécessaire pour enfoncer l'appui pour feuille (18) soit inférieure, de préférence d'un multiple, à la force nécessaire pour l'estampage.

  8. Procédé pour faire fonctionner un dispositif d'estampage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - introduction d'une feuille de matériau (16) entre le premier et le deuxième couteau d'estampage (10, 12) ;
    - déplacement des couteaux d'estampage (10, 12) dans la direction d'estampage (S) l'un par rapport à l'autre et l'un vers l'autre, de sorte que les couteaux d'estampage (10, 12), dans leur position finale, soient espacés l'un de l'autre en formant une âme (28) dans la feuille de matériau (16), la direction du mouvement relatif des couteaux d'estampage (10, 12) étant inversée une fois qu'une position finale prédéfinie est atteinte, sans que l'un des dispositifs de support (20, 22) ou l'un des couteaux d'estampage (10, 12) ne soit arrêté par une butée mécanique ;
    - déplacement du poinçon (14) par rapport au premier couteau d'estampage (10) dans la direction d'estampage (S) pour sectionner l'âme (28) et pour expulser la pièce découpée (30) par le deuxième couteau d'estampage (12) ;
    - retrait du poinçon (14) et retour des couteaux d'estampage (10, 12) dans leur position de départ.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le sens de déplacement du poinçon (14) est inversé une fois qu'une position finale prédéfinie est atteinte, sans que le poinçon (14) ne soit arrêté par une butée mécanique.
