Claims (7)
- Unité de blocage de mandrin (1) pour une presse rotative, avec- un élément de réception de mandrin (9) formant un corps creux, qui reçoit, en l'entourant, dans son intérieur un palier (11) pour la réception d'un mandrin de rouleau imprimeur (13) présentant une face d'application de mandrin (12), et qui est déplaçable entre une position de réception, dans laquelle le mandrin de rouleau imprimeur (13) est en prise avec le palier (11), et une position de libération, dans laquelle le mandrin de rouleau imprimeur (13) est sorti de prise avec le palier (11),- un vérin de moyen sous pression (2) présentant une enceinte de pression (3) et un piston (4) se trouvant dans celle-ci pour le déplacement de l'élément de réception de mandrin (9) entre la position de réception et la position de libération, où le piston (4) délimite l'enceinte de pression (3) à une face limite et est relié à un emplacement de liaison à l'élément de réception de mandrin (9) pour la transmission de la force nécessaire pour le déplacement de celui-ci,caractérisée en ce que- l'écart entre la face limite et l'emplacement de liaison est plus petit que la course maximale du piston (4) dans le vérin de moyen sous pression (2),- en ce que le diamètre intérieur du vérin de moyen sous pression (2) est plus grand que le diamètre extérieur de l'élément de réception de mandrin (9) et- en ce que le vérin de moyen sous pression présente un perçage (14) ouvert en position de libération de l'élément de réception de mandrin (9) de sorte que le mandrin de rouleau imprimeur (13) et l'unité de blocage de mandrin (1) sont séparables par un mouvement relatif l'un vers l'autre.
- Unité de blocage de mandrin (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'écart entre la face limite et l'emplacement de liaison est plus petit que trois quarts de la course maximale du piston (4) dans le vérin de moyen sous pression (2).
- Unité de blocage de mandrin (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'écart entre la face limite et l'emplacement de liaison est plus petit que la moitié de la course maximale du piston (4) dans le cylindre de moyen sous pression (2).
- Unité de blocage de mandrin (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des parties de l'élément de réception de mandrin (9) dans le cylindre de moyen sous pression (2) sont déplaçables.
- Unité de blocage de mandrin (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le piston (4) est un disque sans tige de piston.
- Unité de blocage de mandrin (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'emplacement de liaison entre le piston (4) et l'élément de réception de mandrin (9) présente une liaison par vissage.
