Claims (9)
- Procédé pour la réduction de la teneur en cholestérol d'huiles ou de graisses organiques, en particulier d'origine animale, contenant du cholestérol, caractérisé en ce quea. de l'eau déminéralisée et/ou distillée de pH fixement défini est ajoutée à l'huile ou à la graisse, etb. le mélange de l'huile ou de la graisse avec l'eau déminéralisée et/ou distillée est séparé en une phase aqueuse contenant du cholestérol et une phase d'huile ou de graisse à taux de cholestérol réduit.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la séparation de la phase aqueuse contenant du cholestérol est effectuée au moyen d'une centrifugeuse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la séparation de la phase aqueuse contenant du cholestérol est effectuée au moyen d'une centrifugeuse séparatrice, en particulier au moyen d'un séparateur.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'eau déminéralisée et/ou distillée ajoutée en phase a) présente un pH fixement défini compris entre 4 et 6, de préférence entre 5 et 6.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'eau déminéralisée et/ou distillée ajoutée en phase a) présente un pH fixement défini compris entre 6,5 et 8.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la séparation est effectuée immédiatement après l'ajout d'eau, « immédiatement » renvoyant à une durée inférieure à 5 à 10 minutes, de préférence inférieure à 120 secondes, et notablement préférentiellement inférieure à 60 secondes.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les phases a) et b) d'ajout d'eau et de séparation de la phase aqueuse sont répétées une ou plusieurs fois.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que de la graisse de boeuf hachée est employée en tant qu'huile ou graisse.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que de l'eau est ajoutée à l'huile ou à la graisse suivant un rapport de 1:1.
