Claims (7)

  1. Etui à rabat pour un groupe de cigarettes (34) formé de cigarettes (10), constitué d'une partie d'étui (11) avec une paroi avant d'étui (14), une paroi arrière d'étui (16), des parois latérales d'étui (22) ainsi qu'une paroi de fond (15), et d'un couvercle (12) raccordé à pivotement à la partie d'étui (11) et constitué d'une paroi avant de couvercle (19), d'une paroi arrière de couvercle (17), de parois latérales de couvercle (23), et d'une paroi frontale (18), la partie d'étui (11) et le couvercle (12) étant réalisés de manière correspondante avec une section transversale octogonale et une zone latérale tournée vers les parois latérales d'étui (22) et les parois latérales de couvercle (23) présentant une section transversale de forme trapézoïdale avec, respectivement, des bandes de matériau, à savoir des ailes (28, 29 ; 30, 31) convergentes se raccordant à la paroi avant d'étui (14), à la paroi arrière d'étui (16) ou à la paroi avant de couvercle (19) et à la paroi arrière de couvercle (17), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la largeur des ailes (28, 29 ; 30, 31) est supérieure au diamètre d'une cigarette (10) mais inférieure aux diamètres ajoutés de deux cigarettes situées l'une à côté de l'autre (10),
    b) les ailes (28, 29 ; 30, 31) sont dirigées par rapport à la paroi avant d'étui (14) ou à la paroi arrière d'étui (16) ou à la paroi avant de couvercle (19) ou à la paroi arrière de couvercle (17) sous un angle (39) de 30° (environ) et par rapport à la paroi latérale d'étui orientée transversalement (22) ou à la paroi latérale de couvercle (23) sous un angle (40) de 60° (environ),
    c) le groupe de cigarettes (34) est constitué dans la zone de bord - dans la zone de la section transversale trapézoïdale - d'une rangée transversale de bord (35) avec deux cigarettes (10) situées l'une à côté de l'autre et d'une rangée transversale (36) agencée à côté et formée de trois cigarettes (10) situées l'une à côté de l'autre,
    d) les cigarettes (10) de la rangée transversale (35) sont disposées en position ensellée par rapport aux cigarettes (10) de la rangée transversale (36),
    e) les cigarettes (10) de la rangée transversale de bord (35) constituée de deux cigarettes (10) l'une à côté de l'autre sont positionnées, dans la zone de pliages (37), entre une paroi latérale d'étui (22) et la paroi latérale de couvercle (23), d'une part, et des ailes d'étui (28) ou des ailes de couvercle (30), d'autre part,
    f) les cigarettes de bord (10) d'une rangée transversale adjacente (36) avec trois cigarettes (10) sont positionnées dans la zone de pliage (38) entre les ailes d'étui (28) et les ailes de couvercle (30) d'une part ainsi que la paroi avant d'étui (14), la paroi arrière d'étui (16), la paroi avant de couvercle (19) et la paroi arrière de couvercle (17), d'autre part,
    g) une collerette (13) constituée d'une découpe séparée est ajustée au contour ou à la forme en section transversale dans la zone des ailes (28, 29 ; 30, 31),
    h) la collerette (13) présente des prolongements de bord, en particulier une aile de collerette (53) qui s'applique du côté intérieur sur des ailes d'étui (29) ou des ailes de couvercle (31) du côté arrière.
  2. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des parois latérales (22, 23) constituées de deux languettes latérales se recouvrant (24, 25 ; 26, 27) est un peu plus petite que la dimension de deux cigarettes (10) situées l'une à côté de l'autre, en particulier de la rangée transversale de bord (35).
  3. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les pliages (37) et/ou les pliages (38) sont réalisés respectivement sous forme d'arêtes arrondies, à savoir avec un arrondi de préférence circulaire, qui sont formées de bandes arrondies (45) et ce, en s'ajustant au contour et à la dimension des cigarettes (10) en regard des pliages (37, 38).
  4. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 3 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les pliages (37) délimitant les parois latérales (22, 23) sont réalisés sous forme arrondie ou sous forme d'arêtes arrondies et les pliages (38) formés entre les ailes (28, 29 ; 30, 31), d'une part, ainsi qu'entre le côté avant et le côté arrière, d'autre part, forment un angle.
  5. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 3 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de pliages arrondis (38), les languettes latérales (24, 25 ; 26, 27) s'étendent exclusivement dans la zone comprise entre les pliages arrondis voisins (38) et se recouvrent mutuellement.
  6. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que, dans le prolongement des languettes latérales d'étui (25) et des languettes latérales de couvercle (27) du côté interne, respectivement, sont agencées des languettes d'angle de fond (46) et des languettes d'angle de couvercle (47), les languettes d'angle (46, 47) étant ajustées, à l'aide d'arêtes de languette libres correspondantes, au contour de la paroi de fond (15) et de la paroi frontale (18) ou correspondent à la largeur de languettes latérales affectées (25, 27) quant aux dimensions transversales.
  7. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la collerette (13) présente des bandes de matériau (50) affectées aux ailes frontales (28, 30) des deux côtés d'une paroi avant de collerette (48) et des bandes de matériau (51) s'y raccordant dans la zone des parois latérales (22, 23), des ailes de collerette (53), qui s'appliquent sur des ailes arrière (29, 31), se raccordant aux bords libres des bandes de matériau (51).
