Abstract

La présente invention concerne une prothèse de hanche comprenant une partie d'articulation (6) et une partie d'ancrage (5) à implanter dans le col (2) de l'os de la cuisse (1). Selon cette invention, la partie d'ancrage (5) peut être déformée conformément à des déformations sous charge de l'os de la cuisse (1) dans la zone du col (2). La partie d'ancrage est de préférence constituée de plusieurs pièces partielles (9, 10) qui peuvent se déplacer les unes par rapport aux autres et qui sont reliées les unes aux autres par liaison de forme dans la direction perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (4) du col de cuisse.
